I would rather give them the trust that they know what needs to and what can wait to be fixed then have the "'customer base"" vote an such things and because they are working hard on such votes some security issue pops up and cause 1 let alone any more bans to happen...

Well there is some good news, when we eventually get the new HB update (aslong if it's this week) we will get a full week from it before it's totally broken once again due to 4.2 (possibley) going live on 21st of july.

Now really, if Riftbot did not affect the progression with fixing HB then why is it over a month since the last release? and dont say it's because the code is massive because all the other time's you have done massive update's or a blizz patch has hit us it has never took this long to release a HB Update, Now with 4.2 virtually at the door step, the bot will be broke and big pile of horse dung like it is after every blizz patch update.

Can we have some re-assurances that you have not give up on HB and a appoligie over leaving us in the dark for so long, Bossland im looking at you since it's your company and you took the money from all lifetimer's and give us a broken bot with terrible support and updates?

 

Guys plz take it easy, I haven't been having problems with the lastest release besides a few minor problems. If the bot isn't working out for you atm then just w8 for the next release. the devs have a set date and are working hard to reach that. They already said that they are working on HB again.

 

I think you missed the point, that Bossland stated that on 5-28, it's far more then "in the next days" now. It's blatantly obvious that the Rift bot has taken their entire attention away from HB.

 

That's a funny quote, we was told Ryftobot would not affect the releases for HB, the quote sounds like they was busy with RB and now there free they can focus on HB, who quoted that?

You seem to judge me wrong, im not flaming them atall, all i just want is re-assurances on what's going on behind the scenes since were alway's left in the dark (it never happened in the past when it was HB1) and when someone get's angry they just post a quick reply saying it will be soon or a quick screenshot which is a joke in my eye's (it feel's to me there heading to the same destruction as Infinity, ye i know it's a hack and not a bot), why cant we have a poll open for the customer's for what "US" can vote in what direction the dev's should focus on like for the next update we can have the dev's focusing on bug's, a new GUI, a Botbase/plugin for etc..., website over-haul, Things that will make "US" customer's happy that we can be part of the building of this awesome bot, not just here is a release that has not been tested but we think it should fix this bug and that bugg.

The main question im asking is "has the dev's started giving up on this project because it's far too much work for them to take on?"

Also is it even possible to update HB1 and have that called "stable" and slap HB2 with a "beta" tag for the time being? I know it's alot to ask but Rift bot is so alike HB1 and the dev's seem's to have no problem with fixing it and i cant believe it's only been out for a few week's and i have not come across 1 bugg. (they could do with a new UI, it makes my eyes bleed.)

New user interface with ability to work in local languages is tested and working.

PVP movement issues fixed and tested.

Singular combat class improved.

We have some stuff to tidy up with people getting "invalid session" errors but should get a test release out tomorrow. Sorry its taking so long but some of the bugs are incredibly slow to find as they are intermittent.

The UI aside, this doesn't really sound like a lot has changed.
Singular is standalone it doesn't need a HB release. The invalid session has been around forever, making me think you would have fixed it already if you knew what it was. This leaves a change to pvp movement.... Care to elaborate why exactly this release was pushed back?
