      Hiho,

as i am enjoying school time at the moment i installed WoW on my laptop. It runs pretty well and i thought i would be perfect if i bot in school, because i would be able to monitor it then.

But as it is the laptop of my company , hb says it doesn t got enough rights to run.. is there a way to fix it? or to start it another way?

      greetings

You could try booting you laptop with a kon-boot cd or usb to get admin rights.

Try right-clicking on the HB executable and select properties, then the security tab should have a Run As Administrator check box. Or right click executable and just choose Run As Administrator from the context menu that pops up...depends which version of windows you have whenether it is in the properties or just on the initial right click.

I don't have a secured laptop for my work - devs need full rights, where service and operations have more secure installs - or I would test.

really you shouldn't be doing it on a work computer in the first place, there's a reason why those access restrictions where there in the first place.

If users didn't mess around with their pc's more then half of the IT-support people would be out of a job.
If anything I should be given a medal for creating extra jobs.
