[Plugin] EquipMe v2 - Roll & Equip Items

For some reason it's saying I cannot download this file...anyone else experiencing the same problem?

 

I extract this to my plugin folder......recompile HB plugins...nothing shows in the list..

 

Wow you guys are pretty hopeless when it comes to fixing your own problems =P It was a simple change in the name of a function. You should really look at the log when doing the "recompile all" feature. Here is the fixed code for the EquipMe.Helper.cs [or w/e the name is]

Thanx for the help!!! But, feeding your ego by insulting others is immature. The majority of HB users have no knowledge of programming. Asking for help with something you don't understand is not an open invitation to degrade someone.

 

And thats why my question is..... what do i need to do for it to work just delete the text in the original EquipMe.Helper.cs and copy past the new one in to it?

 

I don?t know how to get it to work it says For example : File: EquipMeSettings.cs Line: 296 Error: The type or namespace name 'GetSpecName' does not exist in the namespace 'EquipMe' (are you missing an assembly reference?) And a whole bunch of errors. i just downloaded ur zip file and extracted them into the plugin folder.. i tried to copy what forb1d linked into the Equipme.helper.cs file, still pops up with all the errors..

Mine does the same

 

Klick the link and downloade the file from ther then open up EquipMe.Helper.cs with notpad mark all the txt and delete it then copy past all the text from the file you downloade in to the EquipMe.Helper.cs note pad and save the changes restart HB and open upp settings for the plugin then update the weight set and restart HB now your good to go.

 

Same message at startup and I did everything you said to do. The version i'm using is Honorbuddy 2.0.0.4620

Sorry then i dont know i had no issues at all useing 2.0.0.4620.
The fix here solved the issue i had with leatest test vers.

 

Any update on my hunter equipping INT items over AGI?
I've tried setting the DPS weight down... and no change.
can I put in negatives in weights?..like say if item has INT, use -1000 scale for INT?
it's picking something with 10DPS upgrade, and trading AGI for INT in the process.

I've posted logs before, they got ignored...tell me what you need from me.

Also, trying to equip a 2-hander and an off-hand on a hunter...please fix

 

I believe the original code is designed for 4620. Go back to the first post and download that one. @Botanist, just because they have no knowledge of programming doesn't mean they can't look at the log instead of saying "IT DOESN"T WORK!!!?!?!?!?." And changing the name of a function is hardly something you need to have knowledge of programming for =P The only "hard" part is looking at the new WoWItem class to figure out what to rename it to.

 

Wha are you talking about? I downloaded the link in the 1st post and replaced the helper code that the other user posted because it doesn't show up in the plguin and when i add that code i get that error

 

If someone has this working could you post a link to it or pm me one to where I can download it?

This works for the newest HB, I take no credit just copy and pasted info others have posted.

 

do NOT use the fix that I posted. The fix was for the new version of HB (with the new GUI). There should be no errors with the 4620 [or w/e] version since I believe that is what this was posted for.

 

If you just put the download in the plgin spot it doesn't show up in the plugins when you start HB

Look at the log. Does it show any compilation errors there?

 

I got it to work!!! I removed the Equip me v1 that came with HB. I guess having them both in the plugins was screwing with it. thanks for helping!
