I've bought HB and I have all the emails. I've done everything the emails have told me to. I've enabled HB through my Firewall. I've reset my password. My username is HB818O60 and my invoice number is 52495. Could someone please help me? Thanks!

When did you buy it? if you have bought it within the last few days Bossland has to approve of your Buying so pretty much he goes through his Payment emails and says "approved" and he is a very busy man so it could be a week before its approved
for the user(s) that can log into the buddy auth portal - there's nothing wrong with your account. the issue is on your end which means: your firewall(s) need to let hb through (generally the issue), if that's not the case, the firewall isn't letting you to use port 5031, if the firewall is allowing 5031, then open it on your router
