I didn't do anything besides make cards and auction them off along with some ore and bars. I tried to get the ban appealed, but they pretty much did this YouTube - Cartman Gets F**cked‏ The ban was in the end =( Anyone know of some creative ways to get the account unbanned? or is pretty much a lost cause. I was thinking about going to a friends house a few states away and reporting it as hacked lol, but I doubt that it would work
You need to open a ticket and say this "Hi I was just on my account and I got an email saying my password had been changed (at this time do an account recovery and change your password) and I tried to log back in after changing my info and noticed I got banned. I don't understand please can you help me? thank you very much" I have gotten banned (Yes permanent bans) 2 times in the past 2 weeks and I got unbanned within 5-15 minutes no questions asked. "banned for abuse of economy" is a default response from them. You got banned because you got caught *****ing. They will tell you once they unban you when you open a ticket. Good luck. You lucky man. I tried multiple things and every reply was similar to this: Greetings!This issue has been investigated several times and we have come to the same conclusion each time. If they said they won't then they won't. If it's permanent then it's a sealed deal. Maybe after a few months they can grant you amnesty idk though.
Did you give anyone else some gold? IE, trade gold to someone elses account? If so, they may think you were gold selling....I'm just looking at the reason for your ban and if you really werent selling any gold at all, then my explanation may be the cause and possibly, a way for you to get yourself unbanned. Yeah they won't even let me explain what happened they just immediatly close the ticket after they see it. So I duno...... I had a chunk of gold I put in my personal guild bank a day before, but thats still in the guild bank, so they may have thought thats what it was? the amount of gold I put in there was 11k
this happened to me the other day i got a 72hr ban i rang them up and he was like errmmm i cant tell you what ur banned for 10mins later he said u was using a program and we no it was you, but ill lifted the ban but im giving u a warning. i said ahhh coool he said your using the wrong program and put the fone down.........
dude just keep emailing... i got that message and kept emailing ( whinning mostly hehe) and they unlocked it
So did you email them at WowAccountAdmin@Blizzard.com? (real blizz email), or uses the ticket system on battle.net where it says appeal ban/ I got hacked?
I got abuse of the economy on 2 accounts. I got it lifted via account compromise. Luckily i had used one IP, then started using a VPN so they saw 2 totally different IPs so they believed it was hacked immediatly. That's the key, to login from home for awhile, then use a vpn for awhile, then home. so if/when you get banned they will see 2 totally diff. ip's logging in for a period of time, and believe you were hacked.
