I'd would like to know what's the fastest way for leveling.

I'd say questing but the questing profiles are never full AFK. They use to stop very frequently.
Grinding profile instead does not need to check each time if everything is going well.

Questing is clearly the fastest but in my experience the bot is so buggy it will be dc'ed when you come back to it. Grinding I can keep it online for 24 hours at a time.

If you grind, you can most likely say goodbye to your account.

I like questing. Generally I find the profiles to be very good and I don't have too many issues but then I don't expect to leave them on 24/7 either. Also it's easier to get gear as you go along questing and the gold is better which makes buying fast flying easier.

Yes, Blizzard has an automated system who bans you when you basically just level up with grinding.

On a similar note, how long after the offense should you expect the ban?

I have mixed it up a bit.. I did questing first, then some grinding, some herbing, some questing and grinding mixed, then some AV and arch, then some herb farming, then some questing, some arch, and more questing.. I also use it to chat a little to various people etc.

      Cool story :)

I've done 80-85 mixed mode and it's been fine on five characters so far.

Grinding isn't monitored by blizzard, untill they have recieved a player report, that is a myth. As a lot of new players ( i know from my brother, who is too young to understand quests, and has been grinding to his current level: 30). I have also run it with 2/3 level 85's.. It's just a question of the amount of players in the area (as grind-botting is very easy to see)

I prefer questing instead of grinding, because you will spend alot of time grinding in 85. So if you dont want to do the same thing from level 10-85 then you should quest!

You have to grind some things, like rep and leather. So if you're hellbent on grinding, grind on those type of mobs.

It's really a catch 22, Grind = Take long time, high possibility of account closure, Quest, have the bot continually mess up and most likely wont archive anything.

I'd personally say quest, but only if your not AFK'ing, even if the profile is AFK one, from my experience, you just cannot AFK this new version at all when using QuestBot.

I don't know if they've bothered to fix Arch yet, but that's a perfect alternative to grinding.
