      I have an exception for the Firewall. The "Session is Invalid" happens at the same time on both computers I am running on every 5 minutes or so. This did not start happening until I updated to the latest HB.

      Im getting this every 30 seconds - i bought a one day pass as i only need the occasional day, and its now been pretty much wasted, will we be getting a free one day code for customers like us for an apology?

      you know they have apologized, but you posted asking for an apology?

      Seems like you need to calm down a little bit, wait for them to fix it, and see what they do in terms of compensating your massive $2 down payment.
