As of now I would keep playing since I got a bunch of resources farmed.
Guess i'd have a chilled life as a pvp/raider in this and further contents since you'll always be able to pay with gold.

As other's have said, it's set up to suck the life out of you if you want to be successful and play normally. Since I started botting, I have seen the light and the light is good. Ban=quit for me.

no bot means no wow in my world, the game is such a grind fest and without a bot to do it i wouldnt waste my precious time on it. I pay & play to have fun, not being bored with stupid grinding...

zuabros just pst me your accounts I will put them to good use, just think of it like getting hacked/banned.

But yea I would still play, I only bot to fund my guild for raiding, so it is kinda like uhhh, yea I am kinda using the gold for a good reason. I have yet to sell gold. I might do that at some point.

      Nope.
My wife has MS and her hands are fucked so she can't do all the buttons mashing and turning etc.
She can use the mouse to turn etc. so things like Lazyraider allow her still to play with her online guild friends, all of whom know she bots and understand why.
I pretty much just make sure the bot is working with a spare account and copy the folder to her computer so she can just plug and play.

No bot quite simply means there is *NO* way she could even play wow. I don't believe Blizzard takes people like my wife into consideration when they throw lawsuits around. Getting banned for it if you get caught i can understand sure, lost several accounts over the years and just rebought, but to shut a bot down all together just means they don't give a fuck about people with conditions like my wife.

And i am pretty damn sure shes not the only one in the world that uses a bot mainly because she has to.

I play wow so I can do PvP casually, a few hours a week. I have no time for the rest as I spend 50+ hours a week on my job, have my householding to take care of, girlfriend who wants attention, social life, and study in my spare hours for more certification for my job. So hell no. When I was being convinced by friends to start playing again I said no because glider didnt exist anymore (I'm a former glider). When I found out about honorbuddy I decided to give it a go with this bot and I don't regret it. But as soon as there would be no botting anymore its goodbye wow. Or any MMO for that matter.

I don't sell gold nor do I want to get "high rating" or anything in an "illegal way". Its just that I dont like the rest of the game outside of PvP'ing :)

Offcourse they don't take that into consideration. Because, well, no matter how shitty it may be for you, with this being all true and all (wouldnt doubt you, why would I, you don't have to justify to anyone here) there's also loads of people who would lie about these kinda stories. There's no way to know this and its very rarely true in most cases.

Besides that, they would only care about that if there's enough money involved in getting these people being able to play.

Oh i understand they don't care and why. I mean if there are 100k botters and only 100 of them has a condition that prevents them from playing the math for the bottom line is easy ;) Doesn't mean i have to approve or like the bastards for it :) I was just stating the reason why i wouldn't play wow anymore without a bot. No way i could play while my wife can't.

Well I have a lot of fun when I join arena or the newest content, but without botting i couldn?t afford all the mats, flasks, enchantings, jewels etc. and i don?t have the time/don?t want to spend the time to farm by hand. So I voted no. The day Blizz bans me, is the day I will go back to the shooter genre and offline games or Star Wars(if it ever comes out^^). Don?t get me wrong: i like the game, I?ve spend nearly 4 years at WoW, it was a very very nice time with ups and downs, but I never would start a level1 char again by hand without money, bags etc.

yes, simply because I started to play this game from beta's and I'm a dedicated player to achieve the greatest things per character on my accounts.
A WoW bot cannot takes this away from me, it can only make it easier to obtain. While playing by hand I learn about everything in the game, while others that bot know so little about the game itself and just do it for the money or gold. It's a shame some don't even know just about that much about WoW that if a bot dies they can't even play there own lvl 85.

But we all have our own reasons, mine to bot is to enjoy more offtime, and obtain achievements or items I wouldn't be farming for myself for 12 hours long.

What I would do if this bot dies?
Back to my old habit of owning the AH by hand, instead of having all these ores and herbs at my disposal. so only loss for me would be the leveling since I don't find that much fun since I've been playing for almost 7 years now.

      regards,
      panYama

Nice to see your wife can enjoy everything in WoW thanks to this bot then. I wish her a lot of fun and play time;)

I only use the bots to farm mats and level some toons to be extra farmers in order to have plenty of gold to buy what I want whenever I want it. I've used lazy raider a few times, just to test it out but I've been raiding for years and botting is a massive drop in both DPS and healing if I let the bot do it instead of me.

Bottom line is yes, I'd definitely continue to play without bots. I just wouldn't level any new toons (or I'd just get my kids to do it, so thats kinda still botting :p).

Honestly, the results are really sad...
      76% couldn't play without botting...

Sorry, but playing means that you are involved. If you can't play without botting this simply means you can't play!
Botting gives absolutely nothing except making profit. Making profit is not what a/this game is about.

What makes it even more sad is, that you are paying twice to watch your PC gaming. No comment...
I'm botting as well, sometimes. To get some stuff for Buffood and Flasks. Sometimes also to make some gold. But it's never that I would need it...
I'm raiding twice a week (3/7 HC) and was raiding before more often, without botting. My Gold also didn't really increase. So it was perfectly going for me even without botting.

Sorry, but I can't understand how you can think that you couldn't "play" WoW without botting.
For me it's a clear YES! Botting is luxury when I'm to lazy to do something on my own, nothing else. I would do the stuff (I'm botting for) even manually - if needed-, even if I'm actually to lazy for it.

I'm a gamer from right after beta's (official release date, march 2005), yet I care about none of that except in PvP. Different people have different views on fun I guess :)

I don't think you understand. People can probably play. I certainly can. Just don't have enough time and I just don't enjoy the stuff I have to do if botting was taken away and would quit cause it would be too time consuming.

Some people are simply not kids who go to school with loads of time you know.
