Do they watch you playing after the 1st request or do they need X players to report you before doing something ?

Plus, can they perma ban you at the 1st report or always a 72h ban before ?

Well I think they have to get custom numbers of reports before they start watching you and I think you'll get a 72h ban first

Don't know about the first thing.
They can perm ban you the first time, but they'll most likely not if you've been paying (playing) for a longer time (for a half year +-)

You can easily get perma ban on first time. Blizzard doesn't seem to keep track of your accounts bans in the past. Main reason i state this is that my main botting account has been perma banned 3 times in the last year for "Abuse of Economy". Each time i have been banned, i called them and played dumb. Acting as if their allegations were beyond my intellect. Seemed to work each time seeing i still have my account.

I get whispered reported alot, but I just use Neutral AH and snipe peoples auctions for profit, nothing illegal in that.

I don't hate them, but seriously, real people that run in circle for hours to get ore are fucking stupid, they are doing a bottish job. If they want gold, just go to the AH and buy/sell/craft it's faster.
People should say thanks to botters because they are killing prices: 30g per stack on my server

I have botted quite a lot via BG bot, and always notice a few players taking exactly the same path as me. I often whisper them "How's HB treating you?" Sometimes I get friendly responses about how they love the bot, sometimes I get no responses at all

People who report are making this game a favor.
Botting is the reason that wow is about to die...
But in 3/4 cases you do not get banned by reports due to that blizzard's so lazy.
I'm just botting cuz i am pisst at other botters, and unlikely to others i do it responsibly

And the "Botters do not report botters" principe is just to not lose customers.

botting 2h per day or 24/24 is the same, you are cheating.
This game is dead because there is no content: logging in on Wednesday, 3h of raiding to clean FL 7/7HM, then what ? Arena ? no new arena since LK, sucky mmr system and most of players are noobs (abuser, op comp etc...) who only want their fucking 2k2 rating for weapon or 2k4 RBG for tittle, best players have left the game after BC. That's why people are botting: nothing to do on this game, except making some $$$ to play Poker

I don't hate whisper reporters, 'cause they are in the right of doing it. It's your first risk, so you'd consider it before starting botting. By the way auto-reply plugins/addons are [FAIL]: last time I found a friend of mine fishing, I whispered him and he immediately answered "I'm half-AFK" - WTF half AFK? lol... fishing... (or moving, doing any activity but crafting) I immediately understood he was botting too. I didn't report him though: being myself a botter, it's hyphocritical reporting another botter.

There has been some very nice addons for this around, that would not reply the same thing twice, had a delay in replies and generated different answers

The worst problem is when you're not an English speaker and you're botting on one of your "main" characters: you HAVE to reply in your native language to your friends, and in English otherwise. But this is not the general case

I just use badboy addon and edited it, instead of it saying you must be level 86 (what i set it to) to whisper this person, it tells them they cant whisper me unless they are in my guild or on my friends list.
