My Hunter did not change his Bow!

Hi!

Im using [H - Quest] 1-70 The Azenius Project with Auto Equip, and so on. Everything what i need to run this Profile.

Im LEvel 14 now and my hunter found a bow what was better then the equipped one, but he didnt change it. Why? What can i do?
Should i set up anything in Autoequip at the Handsetting? i dont know what i should use there or where i can set that he should change to better bow.

These things take time.. Can you post a FULL log please? Also, a screenshot of your AutoEquip2 settings window and the names of the bows in question would probably help too.

 

this bows was grey items cause im level 14 now. i got an green bow now and it want to mail it to my other char, but i equip it manually.

the bow i had equipped has 4-8dmg and the new one has 17-21 or something like this, but he didnt equip it.

ps.: hmm i have seen that he has equipped a gun now. maybe he only takes guns and no bows???
but this is okay for me. now it work fine.

but why he didnt take bows, i dont know.

 

OK now this should be okay but i have another problem.

i leveld with this bot to level 20 (bloodelf, hunter). then he runs to undercity, and then its over. he stands there and do nothing. i can click start but it didnt work.
i tried antoher profile (hunter 1-60 profile), there i got the problem that he didnt loot any mobs at level 14.
before lvl 14 was everything okay.
lost but not forgotten was the last quest, there he didnt loot any of the mobs, so he runs everytime at this quest.

 

Take him to Orgrimmar and go to the ground level. Transportation is broken.


As for Autoequip just leave it alone. It will work decently as you level on.

 

chances are the stat change from one bow to another wasnt significant enough, thats why it didnt change it out, but the one going from bow to gun is. its not going to equip everything it comes across just because of 1 stat point difference. it needs to be a significant upgrade for it to upgrade that piece of equipment, or it would be running around with lots of grey items.

now if your having a profile issue, then post the issue in the appropriate profile thread, there's no need to make new threads about profile issues.

 

This is a genuine issue. My hunter has changed his weapon (from the starter bow to a level 37 gun) once from level 1-63. I have the same settings as the person above. This is the case on more than one profile, so it seems related to autoequip.

 

neither of my hunters wanted to upgrade their starter bow either, both questing on kicks ally profiles - manually equipped a new one and it doesn't forcibly switch it back, so not a huge issue. my guess is that it's because low level bows etc have no stats and it doesn't register the higher dps value as an upgrade?

I make an new char human hunter and im level 16 now and run with the bow from beginning, cause he didnt change it (with kick 1-60 questing profile). but i will manually change it today when i come home.
