Started Arch Bot today with lvl 85 toon, he is up to arch lvl 375. Will he automaticaly move on to higher areas or do I need to move him there and start him in the area I want him to level in (ie. Uldum)? Thanks.

Sorry, let me clarify this a bit, do I need to move my toon to the next higher zone (outland/northrend/uldum) myself or will ArchBot do it for me automatically?

ArchBuddy stays on whichever of the four continents it was started. It will not move among them.

EK or Kalimdor will take you 1-525. Don't know about Outlands and Northrend.

For EK and Kalmdor, if you're not level 85, then do the following...
      • Set your ArchBuddy MaxTrainingLevel to 375, until you're level 84.
      • At 84, go to the AH, and buy you some good (green) armor and weapons.
You're looking for a gear score of 6500 or so.
The PvE greens beat the pants off the PvP blues for this. You'll wind up spending 600-1000gp for this depending on your server.
      • Move the ArchBuddy MaxTrainingLevel to 525.
If you don't do it this way, you will die a lot once your Arch skill hits 450. The 'hard' zones open up at that level, and you won't be able to handle them if you're not at least level 84 with serviceable gear.

      cheers,
