      Not sure if it can do this already.

      What would be good for profile developers is if we can double click a mob/gameobject and we'd get the Id of it in our clipboard. So we can just CTRL + V it.

      The tool can only show you objects/npcs/players that are loaded in the wow memory, so if the distance is too far, you wont see it, and i think the two opposing startpoints in arathi basin are too far

      Objects should now move smoother across the radar screen.
      Added a right click menu for objects. Only one option atm. 'Copy Id'

      anyway to make the radar "see" farther? so it can be usefull in RBG's ?

      No way to. Most stuff (players included) have a 100 unit max visible range which is a little in from the outer ring on the radar. Some stuff does have > 100 unit range. for example some rare or flying NPCs I've noticed have increased range.

      What makes this great for BGs is to be able to see players hidden behind walls, terrain, inside buildings etc. For example you can use it to find that flag carrier that's hiding. Or check if a tower is being defended while passing and so on.. You simply have a 360 degree view of whats around you.

      yeah guess it is nice for that would be amazing tho if it could go further lol you could be the best RL calling everything out

      any way possible to get an update for this plugin? there are a lot of objects that only show the ID and no name for the object.

      Question. Using this could you draw(even something as simple as a red dot) on that position in game? The radar gets the information(x/y/z for this) and you draw an image on that area in game(more or less, could be an overlay like the radar that comes into view when the x/y/z is visible). That way you could tell the exact position of whatever you're looking for(Player is on second floor of this building, chest is behind that rock etc.) I'm not well versed in this area of programming but it seems like all of the mechanics are there to make that work.

      I've actually made something like this, but it's kinda crude and doesn't look very nice. It draws on top of everything including the character since I'm only drawing in an overlay.       I assume you're showing the path you either have taken or the profile's path? If so that's awesome. I really think that's worth exploring... there's a lot of possibilities. Drawing different colored overlays on characters depending on their action(CC'd, CCing you/party member, low health, who your party members are targeting). You could display a lot of useful information on top of the game that UI's already do but in a more intuitive/ready to view way as well as displaying information(location like you can now) UI's don't have access to.


      Oh and for the love of god what you've made there would probably be invaluable to profile makers tbh. Could the information you're using to draw that line be done when somebody is adding waypoints on the fly? I think it would make it a lot easier to troubleshoot problem areas.

      Hell you could use that overlay to display all of the information from HB(xp/hr, loots/hr, Goal)... If only i didn't learn java instead of c#(or is it c/c++?)
      .


      Thinking about that most of that was possible outside of the scope of this project... BUT STILL!

      HA Yes.. Just tried it.

      Now whats the proper format to get it to only track Name/id? It still tracks every ingame item when I use its item id 185915 (Netherwing Egg) and then its name "Netherwing Egg" doesnt JUST show up the eggs either. This possible?

      Yes had objects plus the name to track. So yes you can track the eggs exclusively. Works like a charm!

      Is Wow is the foreground window? Did you pressed the keybind to toggle the overlay (default F1)? If so than attach a log.
