      I wouldnt go fighting unless rlly needed. Only more trouble comes out of it. I would sue his ass so hard that ge wont ever try it again.

      I dont know what you are going to do (calling the police might be a good idea) but I would try threatening him, and if that didnt work, kick the shit out of him.

      I got the account back then they locked it cause of some pattern of login which I didnt change the email right away so they sent something to his email msged the guy hopefully he will get back to me...

      Well just alittle update for everyone after they locked my account he got it back again. This time I called blizzard told them I was him and that I no longer have access to my email and needed it transfered to another email and that I forgot my password so I needed a password reset they did everything and I have had this account since that day already made more money than I put into it on gold selling and it is a heck of an account all areana items on like 3 level 85s its sick but ya just for making money thanks all for your input it was a learning experience. Reason why blizzard did this is because I knew his sec question answer and they most of the time (as told on the phone) do not change that for any reason. Thats all they ask for your email account Full name and answer to your question bam switched to a new email (made up email). Happy now and decided to leave him alone cause I dont need problems with the law.

      u guys make me laugh LOL THIS GUY GO TO JAIL OVER $85 LOL GIVE ME A BREAK.. IN ANY COUNTRY that wouldnt happen first off where is the proof they are not going to look at computer history or anything you attempt to show them on the internet theres no proof nothing you guys have no idea im sorry to say.
