[BETA IS OUT] H92Updater - Keep Your Plugins Up-To-Date H92Updater is a Windows application that keep your applications / plugins up-to-date. BETA IS NOW OUT ! LINK TO CONTROLPANEL ControlPanel is activated ! -------------------------------------------- Here is a image of H92Updater -------------------------------------------- DOWNLOAD Please give me some comment about what you mean
There will be a release soon. I need everything to work before I release anything. Maybe a BETA or something in the next few days. What i want plugin developers to do is, register and add their plugin to H92Updater so users of H92Updater can show a message if any new release of any plugin is released.
I use Curse for this for WoW... I would certainly click on this each day to check for updates before botting for HB... would be very cool indeed!
I see what you mean, but there will be a feature that does the update automatic if you want. All i bother you is a message in your system tray icon that says "Plugin have been updated!" Or something You just need to let it run really
Of course, once you get it working and stable... you know we're going to ask you for it to support multiple installations... cause with some questing profiles requiring their own custom behaviors and the occassional botbase sometimes needing to run on a previous version (PoolFishingBuddy was for awhile), we could be running 2-3 installs, each with a slightly different setup... but get it stable for one first... ;-)
Just if anyone wonder, I will let my code stay unobfuscated so my SourceCode will be displayed in any reflector. This keeps you safe if you want to check if my application contains any keylogger / virus.
this will be cool. I was reading about the tortoise.svn thing, trying to understand its ability for updating most thing, but if you get this running, heck ill be a guinea pig to try it out, as long as all plugins developers get onboard with you, this will help the community greatly.
This is a great idea. It sucks searching a bunch of different plugin topics to see if there was maybe a update. Especially when you have a lot like me. Svn is nice but only so many people use it... I will be watching this topic. Good luck and thanks.
Been thinking of this for a while, actually searching a lib to interact with SVN, but aint had much time lately, glad you picked up on it, so i dont have to PS: your ui looks better than the UI i would put on it, how u make a different ui?
It's been a long weekend now. Have not had any time for programming, but I hope it is a BETA release before next weekend
