As the titles states; what's the fastest boting way to level a 62 DK? Grinding? BG? Questing? Which profiles should I use? Where should I go? Where can I find these profiles? Any special plug in you recommend? How long should it take? Thanks!
If the OP doesn't mind my adding a question, I have one: If I just have regular flying and not 280% due to being on a new server, am I still better off with archaeology in the 70-80 range? I don't think there are any 70-80 questing profiles out there are there? I have no BOAs at all either yet.
Archeology gives you very good xp, especially if you have rested bonus so remember to park your toon at an inn each night. It is also a lot safer, imo, because your toon is constantly on the move in different zones and you seldom get stuck on anything and you are more powerful than any of the mobs so you never die. You will also make some good gold selling the items you find so after a few levels of doing Arch you will probably be able to afford the fast flight. I never bother doing any questing past 60 or 65 because arch is so much easier. Also, unlike battlegrounds you don?t have a bunch of live players watching your every move and yelling at you if you get stuck, go the wrong way, etc. If you are level 62 you can probably go ahead and start to Arch right now and you can level yourself all the way to 85 and stay in the same armor/weapons you are wearing now. Once you hit level 80, you may want to switch your arch to Outlands or Northrend because the Cata zones will open up at this point. you can occasionally get owned by the mobs there depending on you gear and cc. If you move to Outlands at 80 you will not have this problem because, much like Eastern Kingdom and Kalimdor, you will crush anything that attacks you. Just to add, you will also get some fun little toys and gadgets out of arch along with a few pets and mounts if your lucky. Some nice gear as well depending on your class though the gear will be outdated soon enough (if it isn't already).
azenius right now but i'm also re-writing tuba / raphus horde bc profile (hellfire is almost done) and netherstorm is done then if ryftomate isn't up by then - i'll start on LK horde
