Hey guys i have got some really nice raid/dung CC's (FelHunter) but i would love it if you guys could make one that was for PvP and lazy raider but still PvP Rotation so i could use it in arena's too. Thanx guys i appreciate it
Personally, I don't think its even remotely possible to make a good PVP CC for Hunters. This is due to the need to kite in PVP situation if a Hunter wants to win. In order to do that, the CC need to have complete understanding of its surrounding including where it needs to move and how to kite. Sounds impossible to me.
I was thinking along the same lines... even assuming the bot had a perfect vision of the terrain (aka, the mesh was 100% spot on), and the tactics of kiting itself was able to be programmed in (which would be a challenge at best), then it would also have to take into effect where he/she was moving towards while kiting (aka, it does no good to kite that paladin if you're running straight into a pack of the 'enemy'). Any of the 3 would derail the train... and failures in more than 1 makes it even worse. Personally I haven't tried a hunter in BGs yet, at least not with the bot guiding my toon... lol
The OP stated he would like one for Lazyraider just with a pvp priority list. So Im gonna go out on a limb and say that he would be in control of the movement, hence he could kite whatever the fuck he wanted to. Cheers ^_^ \/
well for just getting honor points there used to be a lot of pvp hunter cc's don't know what happened to them. outdated and no one has done one since.
My rotation for the FelMaster AIO CC could include a PvP rotation (it's a priority list), If someone want's to specify here how PvP rotation should differ from PvE I'll try to tweak it better for PvP.
i would just like a hunter cc that would not run to the target then start attacking melee and then disengage then shoot. would like it to see enemy at x distance then start attacking
Give this a try: Cataclysm Hunter PvP Beginners Guide - Arena Junkies Main thing to me would be rapid movement/range checks, use of traps/disengage/wing clip to gain range when range check fails. If disengage is on cd force "run" until range check passes. And if possible, a range check on players attacking you, that you should disengage from, as well as your target.. Use scare beast on "pets" that are attacking you. Also need pet health checks and pet heals.
I'd be more than thrilled for the creator of FPSWare to work on a CC for dungeons or PVP, Id chip in for that!
