HB ARCHIVES: Kick's Old Posts Thread--DO NOT DELETE!

i'm going to need the full log.txt for the life's strength... first it was using it but it was running away too fast and now it's not using it at all? ... that's crazy

 

I had raphus re-write the UITL behavior and it will be in the next release

it's also in my SVN ... so re-svn and it will fix this issue - and grab the new behaviors from it (there are 4 behaviors that are fixed - they're in my svn notes)

 

I had a problem last night in the Blasted Lands at level 54. I'm leveling an alliance paladin. This is my first alliance toon and since I've heard so many good things on Kick's profiles, it's the only reason I'm trying alliance

The quest was Remove Their Arms, where you have to throw the hand grenade quest item on some weapon crates. The bot wouldn't complete it. I logged back in after I saw he had logged out, and completed the quest manually, and he's been running fine ever since.

This profile so far has been pretty flawless though. I had trouble one other time in Duskwood where he had to kill a worgen npc and he had to use some vial on him at 20%. Problem was he would kill the damn thing when he got to like 30%-25%, so he would wait for it to respawn and try again, took like 10 times lol.

Other then that this is the only other hiccup.

 

re-svn and copy the behaviors; i had raphus re-write the useitemtargetlocation behavior so that it can work w/ this quest (blasted lands)
i also had raphus fix the combat useitemon behavior (for the worgen quest)

the syntax is right, the behavior wasn't

 

I am stuck @ goldshire. he is saying Moving to Type: Fly, R: Update.
Then you see the flight map and the bot keeps looking at that map. what can I do about that?

 

you restart the bot; it's not a profile issue

 

That didn't help but after I restarted HB it did. thanx for the fast reply kickazz

then i stopped the bot there since it was repeating.
i decided to drop the quest myself so maybe it would pick it up then but now the quest isnt available to be picked up lol

 

Fix that crappy "Max sessions reached" BUG!

 

re-svn and let me know if that fixes it

 

get more sessions

 

Pay me them, if I don't run any other session, still HB thinks I do.

 

after 4 days of very hard work... It's done

I will be adding howling fjord soon ... but atm (if you have the behaviors and plugin) this should work damn near flawlessly

I may need to add some quest overrides for the zul'drak+ zones (simple copy / paste)

Please let me know if something is messed up, needs fixing, quests you want to add, etc

 

Here is the flight path problem
i stopped the bot and tried to start it again to see if it would go away. the only way it went way was if i were to start the first quest in the area, or close HB completely and restart HB and it worked fine usually

Kick, been using a lot of your profiles, almost exclusively. But i ran into an issue with this one "Fighting Fire With ... Anything" QuestId="25381", while the bot is performing this quest it starts off fine but when there are no mobs around this one spot it stands there looking at a tree...is there a way to put in a grind loop to look at more than one coordinate?

Problem with the quest "The wakening". Right at the beginning of the undead zone. If you start a char you'll see what I mean in a bout 2 minutes... The character just stands there.
