Create a new folder, re-download HB, install in the new folder. See if it got in there. And also give me a link to the profile you are trying to use.

"1. Copy the content inside the CustomBehaviors folder (do not copy the actual folder) and paste it into your Honorbuddy Quest Behaviors folder." do what Azenius says in his instructions you need all the QBs provided not only Use Taxi and also you need Azenius plugin enabled
