      Hey guys,

Pretty new here but I've managed to create what I believe is a pretty good set up for BG botting. My only issue at this point is that the bot seems to have a tendancy to move forward,, stop, move forward again and stop before clicking its next location on a regular basis.

I've done a few things to try to solve this issue, I'm currently using "This Custom Class" and at first the issue was that the bot wanted to buff all the time so I disabled buffing, the issue remained.

The next thing I did was try Squire both in the PvP bot and the BG bot, the issue remained. I tried playing with the follow distances in squire as well but that didn't help either.

I would like to fix the issue while still using Squire as it did solve another problem I was having where I would get separated form the group.

      So my questions:

Any ideas how I can smooth out this stop and go movement? What kind of set up is required for the most smooth PvP movement?

What does the "<MoveDelayMS>" in the Squire settings do?

This is an overnight log from last night:

      20-10-2011_1_08 AM 6608 Log.txt

Had to put it on Mediafire because the forums have a 1MB limit for txt files, this is 4MB

If you guys can suggest any improvements based on this log and the information provided it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

set all mount settings to auto

disable all the plugins and make sure that you have the latest updates from the CC you are using

try it and if you still have problems post a fresh log,if its too big just zip it

Strange, with these settings it seems to refuse to mount all together.

I've attached the log file. View attachment 20-10-2011_12_53 PM 6756 Log.txt

      EDIT:

Ok I typed in the mount name: "Swift Frostsaber" while still having use mount and automatic checked and I seem to be getting worse stop and go movement, bot is stopping in one place for 20 seconds at a time.

EDIT 2: Checked the random box as well just because I ran out of ideas, it now mounted on my other mount but it still seems to click a location, get there then only click its next location a second or so after having arrived.

AHA! I just switched to singular and the movement seems to be much smoother! Now the only problem is that Singular refuses to attack (it says it has no settings for holy priests) and isn't very good at healing. Any chnace you could help me find out what could be causing the stop and go in my current CC?

This is the one I'm using:

      http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...ultimate-holy-priest-healer-custom-class.html

Do the logs show what the bot is doing between movements that causes the delay?

I appreciate the help so far btw, thank you!

Gilderoy says he cannot reproduce these kind of movement errors, that people are having (like me)

If you use Squire, change <MoveDelayMS> from whatever value, to 50

It'll smooth out the movement. Only problem is the following of other players. That could use a revamp in my oppinion, but that's just a personal thing

Ok, I'm in queue to try Squire with that setting. Thanks again for all the help (Both Tony and Venus) I love how active this community is.

EDIT: Running now with Gilderoy's CC and Squire with the MoveDelayMS set to 50. Its only been a few minutes but as far as I can tell that is the movement issue solved! No stop and go so far.

Thanks a lot for your help!

ONLY issue I have now is that since its Halloween the bot runs into pumpkins a lot, it unstucks itself after a few second though.

So as a less important issue (but still bringing it up because I might as well bring it up here and learn something new) how do I make it take wider corners so avoid clipping objects?

I tried his Holy Priest one but when I used it in the BG the bot refused to attack/heal or move. Also the Custom Class settings window wouldn't open. Perhaps I didn't install it right.

Ok there's a quick log where I restarted the bot mid BG and selected Fpsware Priest. The bot simply stood there and did absolutely nothing so I waited a few mins then stopped the bot and uploaded the log.

Ok that fixed the CC, movement seems alright too both with Fpsware's CC and with the other one combined with the squire MS chnage.

I'm gonna play around with the Fpsware CC, I appreciate all the help.
