i have gotten some kool things like the drums and the mirror but i am waiting on getting my mount and pets
Well finally i am using Archeaologybuddy and it have got me from 1-525 in no time. I gotten 8 rares, but no mount, at least 3 companions, not so bad. I am going to let it run some more into i get the mount. BTW, does it matter where i am scanning? I am alliance and i am only scanning and have only scanned in Eastern Kingdom. Well, after 2 more hours, i obtained the mount and a new companion, with a few other rares. Pretty cool. Also 10/18/11, should i dig within Outland or Kalidor or however it spell? i only do within Eastern Kingdom.
After 234 total artifacts (34 tol'vir) I finally had scepter of azj'aqir pop up! Next its the vial of the sands recipe. Ive only had 2 Canopic Jars so far but the mount is what I was really going for so im happy camper
dragonfire665 if youre going for the cepter of azj'aqir you have to dig on kaildor since its the only place with tol'vir digsites
i finished leveling archaeology on my hunter in 2 days. continuing a whole week after i had gotten all pets. the fozillized raptor. 2 handed sword and a shitload of other rares. i got the "professor title" wich requires you to complete 20 rare projects just by using archaeology buddy. besides that i think ive earned around 5k gold on common items. but ive also noticed that the cap on fragments have ben lowered to 200 so you gotta check in once in a while.
Got 1-525 in two nights, one of which I didn't have epic flying. Made around 1.5kg and got a few companions. I'm now gonna do it on other characters, and once my alts get 70 with epic flying i'll be leveling them to 85 via arch. It's exciting to wake up and see what your bot got! It's so much safer and reliable (gold wise, too, though not as much $$), than say grinding, or questing. Thanks for this bot.
I've been using ArchBuddy on my warlock. I got to level 175 but i am wondering where i should go. Every survey i do these days are green and dont skill me up. Do i need to go to level 30-40 zones in order to get orange skillups or...?
You only get skill points from solves past 50 I believe. Just keep running the bot in eastern kingdoms and you'll level up. Don't mess with it.
Thanks for the information. Will try it as soon as i get home. Went from 175-400 yesterday. I will list the blackspots that i have discovered: If your only doing Kalimdor, disable the digsite: 'Frostwhisper Gorge Digsite'. Thats the only one bugging out for me because of the cliffs and height difference. If your doing Eastern Kingdoms: Whelgar's Excavation Site Grimsilt Digsite Jintha'Alor Lower City Digsite Jintha'Alor Upper City Digsite Aerie Peak Digsite ( if you're horde, its on alliance town with guards ) There is also one in STV at the trolls with different platforms ( like Jintha'Alor digsites ) but i can't remember the name. Outlands: Halaa Dig Site ( this zone can be full with alliance or horde guards ) I haven't done that much Outland so if i missed any blackspot please tell me and i will add it to my post. I've gotten every item from archaeology in the game and made many 1000s of gold from the greys + keystone fragments. What better success story is there? The bot is great.
Some days it works amazing for hours and hours and hours, some days I have to unstuck it every 30 mins. Today I woke up with my toon stuck in the middle of Orgrimmar . I don't get how it can be either amazing one day and terrible the next one.
That's great advice. Now turn back in time and tell me that before I left my bot to be stuck for hours in the worst possible place I just left both my bots to arch for an hour while I did some errands... both stuck again (one in uldum, YAY). The only reason I still bother is because I want something other than farming on my logs... Guess I realy can't leave it without supervision.
