      When using the bot I cannot log in with my name Boxedpanda, although I can log in with the emailed name HB5162G67. Is there anyway I could use Boxedpanda to log into the bot? As I cannot remember the name HB5162G67 and I have to look it up in my email when I want to log in.

      HB stores your log in info... username and pass. So you only need to enter it once :)

      That's not the problem. He made his forum acct after he purchased the bot, and in this way was given a generic login username for the HB service.

      you must use the same login info you are using here
