Why can't i HB

I just bought HB about an hour ago and i'm logging in with my fourm name then i log in with my char and when i boot up HB i get this

Please login to your WoW character and then restart Global.Honorbuddy.

Why isn't it working?

 

Check your task bar to see if a copy of HB is already loaded. if you minimize it it goes into the taskbar on windows. Otherwise, I would say just reboot your computer, then after its all back up, start Wow, login to the account you want to bot on, load the toon, then after its loaded, THEN start up HB.

 

This. You have GB or HB open somewhere. Check task manager.

 

Also login to your wow account and login to the world with a player then open HB/GB and login to that
