Well im using HB since day 1 (beta status) and never had any probs with it , it just started yesterday Tony.

where do i find this and what do i include? just send him the confirmation email? or like something off of the honorbuddy shop because i can't connect to shop.gatherbuddy.com

Send him whats included in your payment reciept from Paypal or what you used. You have a mail from either payment companys with a unique payment transaction id. That is what Boss uses to identify who paid for what and so on.
This is certainly becoming a pain, some times its fine other times I need to stay up a hour to make sure the bots can just even log in... Any way to fix....?
