I let my holypriest run at this moment and can't say that u are right at all^^
But not all is wrong^^

I think i have to give u a quick fix instead of a new release with disc Support,
I've seen not buffing inner will / inner focus, haven't seen Holy Word:Serenity
but i've seen:
- Flash Heal
- Heal
- Greater Heal
- Renew
- Prayer of Mending
... now i have too look what's wrong with the othter buffs / spells

i did a quick fix, without extinsive testing, but inner fire should work.
For chakra i have to take a deeper look

 

I know some of this has been addressed before, but this CC needs some tweaking. It's buffs are iffy at best, and the healing is...flash heal. Sometimes renew, sometimes PoM, sometimes GH. But usually it just spams FH until OOM. I know you're working on it and I appreciate it...hopefully it won't be too much work to bring this CC back to where it used to be.

 

I thought i'd help you out on some info for disc priest,
Disc doesnt use flash heal really so i figured i'd give you some tips..
Greater heal for single target healing this will reduce cooldown on inner focus,
when inner focus cooldown is gone it should be used, preferably on poh since it uses most mana.
shields should be kept up on the tanks, and other members of the party as long as mana is >60%, if below 60% just do the tanks.
pom should be used on cooldown on the tank.
poh should be used for aoe healing.

this is used with the regular healing spec, not the smite spec, since the healing of smite spec is a lot less optimal.

 

Hi Storm!
I have a little problem in the raid, when i start to cast Hymn of Hope or Divine Hymn, he interrupts it, and begins to cast something else.
So, without Hymn of Hope i don`t have enough mana.
But in the dungeon works all perfect, without interrupts.

Eeuuh is it true that it doesn't use Power Word: Shield? Cause I haven't seen it using it yet. I'm disc and it heals fine at lvl 22, but it isn't casting Power Word: Shield at all. Nor can I find it anywhere in the settings...

 

it does not support disc priest healing atm, i'm working an this.
It uses only pom,heal,flash heal, renew .... no penance, no shield, no life grip, no aoe-heal (circle of healing?) ... nothing, only basic priest spells atm

This is a mana killer.. doesnt use shield, spams flash like mad.. mana gone on one pack of mobs in a normal cata dungeon..

The DiscPriest is nearly ready to heal...

I've some trouble with using the api but nothing special atm, i think there would be a release this weekend (tomorrow)

Atm the priest ist using
- Penance, Greater Heal, Heal, Shield
I've to figure out why it's not using PoM atm (i think there's a restriction to that in the code of gilderoy, but i'll find it^^)
I've to figure out why there're crashes from WoW when stopping the CC (this is caused by my new code)
I've to figure out why it doesn't stop Casting Greater Heal when target hast more than 95% health
I've to figure out why it tries to Cast while he is casting ...
I've to attach a new Event on changing specc to rebuilt the behaviors. the logic is already there, i need only the new Event (this should be done by one line of code)

But these issues are very small problems, caused by my new code for disc priest healing.

When i'm finished, i'll rewrite some of the HolyPriest and the HolyPaladin stuff, which should give some improvements to the actual speed in 25m
All in all i'm doin good progress on this CC and we'll have back a great healer

before i release the changes (when i think i'm done), i need 2 or 3 testers for the holy and the disc priest ... i tested most of the code in solo mode, but i need some experienced Priesthealers for testing and reporting back (they will get a private release, which shouldn't be shared!)

Hrm! I had not tried out my priest in a while so i hopped on to try some heroics. I was getting the awesome flash heal spam too. It was saying that "Spirit of redemption healing called! we must be dead....." so i went in and looked at where the composite_spirit_of_redemption lines were, well where they were called. I changed line 577 and line 583 to look for spirit of redemption only by activeauras, so:

new Decorator(ret => !Me.ActiveAuras.ContainsKey("Spirit of Redemption"), on line 577
new Decorator(ret => Me.ActiveAuras.ContainsKey("Spirit of Redemption"), on 583


I guess it was getting confused with all the activeaura/gotbuff/hasaura(api change or something?). mine heals fine now.. i am using the older version, not the revisions. Maybe the same fix would work for those too if ppl are having similar issues. Hope this could help someone for a temp quick fix.

Hello, I have a bit of a problem, I'm level 20 now and my bot keeps saying REPORTME!

REPORTME! I was tryng to cast Shadow Protection on Myself at hp 100 BUT an ERROR occured and I do not know what error!

FYI i'm Holy spec and lvl 20 ?

Holy profile needs to use Divine Hymn some more, its really great.
else its working okay-ish.
