      are behind of a firewall or something?
      looks like Hb cant connect all the time on our mesh server

      still doesnt work when i allow it past the firewall.

      let it download all the mesh files it needs

      are you on the same continent your profile?

      you can see folder's path on Hb settings(settings&toolsbutton)
      dont forget to enable advanced mode

      i mean that if the profile is in Kalimdor dont start your toon in EK
