      Users who encounter problems with the installation and settings of Gatherbuddy, may have on line help through Teamviewer
      Our service will be up most days of the week but not at defined hours

      Our contact will be through Msn
      tony@honorbuddy.com

      Requirments
      1)Msn client (you can download it at www.msn.com)
      2)Teamviewer client (you can download it at www.teamviewer.com)

      Steps
      1)Open Msn and if we are online means that our support service is up
      2)Run Teamviewer client and give id and pass through Msn and a full description of your problem

      Live support will help you only if
      You have read manual and you have double checked your settings
      We are not here to make the setup for you but to solve problems after instalation

      Live support will not help you with
      1)Profile's issues
      2)Net framework issues
      3)OS issues

      Quick question about the teamviewer. Does this let you see "live" shots of the computer? I've used logmein, and it was horrible to see what was actually happening on the other computer.

      from what i know is a little bit faster than logmein
      but havent try logmein

      i prefer the latest but i think that you will not have problems with an older :)

      Tony i need help with my gb i read and seen the video on how to set it up. i still cant get it to work can u help me out i have windows messneger and team view

      Hmm, it should be allot faster with Teamviewer indeed because logmein uses quite high-standard encyption protocols to ensure all tunnel communication over the VPN is actually secure :)
      Nice initiative!
