    • Can't get the bot to work

      So I'm new to the bot and I was trying to start it using Kick's leveling profiles that I've downloaded through SVN, but I'm not sure if i have to copy and paste them somewhere or if i can just load it from the SVN folder on my desktop. I was wondering if someone could help me set up the bot so I could level my toon overnight. Thanks!

      You want to do this, listen carefully I'm not good at explaining.

      1-Make folder for the Leveling profiles, ex: Kick's Trunk. You can put it anywhere but I keep mine in my HB folder

      2- Set it to questing or grinding, whichever you want

      3- Make sure you have the appropriate plugins

      4- Load profile and press start (make sure you have a CC)

      You loaded the profile using the load profile button? attach log pls

      yes you must wait. It is loading the profile. Be patient

      Yes, but the thing is I only copied some of it. Its been doing that for 30 minutes.

      Did you try making a fresh install of your HB? I really don't knwo what else to say, I'm not the smartest guy with HB

      I have just tried that and it is still causing the problem. It seems as if it just loads tiles forever.

      Just a wild guess.. but is HB added as an exception in your anti virus?

      Hit stop and start a few times.
      Let it sit for 5, stop start.
      It will move eventually.

      But keep an eye on it as it may randomly stop to keep downloading tiles/meshes.
      At which point if it's not in trouble let it sit for 5, stop start.

      IDK when he'll be on... I think he is from Germany so, might be a while.

      Yeah for sure. Thanks for all the help. It seems to just be downloading meshes now for about 30 minutes.. Its downloading new ones and not getting stuck, so maybe because its the first time using it, it has to download the map or something....

      This is your first time ever starting the bot on that continent?
      It may take a while, but I wouldn't think it would take 30 minutes.

      Anyways, Tony will be able to see if he can adjust some firewall settings or something.
      Maybe speed it up for ya :)
      For now just leave it doing its downloading thing.
