      I recorded my own hotspots with Zaprecorder, and I don't know how to replace it with the default BG profiles. I replace AlteracValley.xml with my custom one but it just stands still at the gate.

      He has. Its in the AV profile folder.

      Try using BGBot instead of PVP bot if you are worried. I leave my toons overnight and never wake up with less than the honor cap on each unless my ISP has one of its fits overnight.

      for BG bot (beta) its AlteracValley.xml

      Yes it does for people who work 30-40 hours a week. I like the feeling of waking up honor capped.
