Alright, it's getting really annoying! I'm looking at success stories, and I'm seeing like 10 Level 85's! And "Thanks HonorBuddy! You really helped!". But I'm getting nowhere with Honorbuddy. Whenever I start it. I literally have to babysit it every 10 minutes. And sometimes and like goes back and forth. It stops, thinks it's doing a quest I've already done. Can someone guide me through, how to do this without errors, and it can go smoothly with little errors. So I can spend time with friend?! Sorry for flaming, but I REALLY NEED HELP.
More info would be awesome. What profiles are you trying to run, what are you trying to do with them, pvp, questing, bg, grinding, etc. Also logs would be advisable if you are having issues. They are in your Logs folder of your HB installation folder.
Get a good profile and you can afk. I go to bed when farming herbs and mines wake up in the morning and its still going strong.
Well, I try with Kicks 1-85 pack. I'll try one more time. Is there somewhere I can add you so I can give you logs, and give you data on what's going on?
Nah, not me, tbh I don't know enough to read the logs and help you out, I'm fairly new myself. Uploading logs here will help you get help from someone that can though. And I do know that the 1-85 questing profiles are not 100% afk'able, some quests REQUIRE user interaction, especially at 75+
You post the log into the forum so anyone can help... it's the best way and it generally works pretty well: http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/guides/9859-how-attach-your-hb-log-file-pictures.html
If you are using Kicks profiles make sure you are using his Items for Auras plugin as well and have it activated in your plugins section. What class toon are you trying to level (i.e. plate wearer or squishy cloth wearer)? What CC are you using to level with? Are you running the most current version of HB and do you have your settings set up properly in Talented and Autoequip2 plugins so your toon will upgrade your gear as you do quests? Also, sometimes your toon will stop and sit for a while while new mesh is being downloaded to your computer. This is normal and normally takes a while the first time thorugh, after that it just has to load the mesh it has downloaded so future runs take less time. note: with any questing profile, there are bound to be some issues that come up that will require some human interaction (i.e. Stuck, too many mobs, bad mesh area, etc.) While you can run these questiong profiles, especially Kicks, and be 95% to 99% afk, it is that critical 1% that you need to be around your system for. No questing profile is perfect though if you let the programer know of any errors you find they will do their best to correct them in future rreleases.
