      be careful with modifying a government id/passport or anything else. doubt that blizzard researches this in deep, but in fact, this is falsification of documents. and this is a criminal act which will be punished VERY hard.

      But if you provide real ID and name this is legal and i dont have problem. You dont need to give false ID.

      They can?t really do a thing if you don?t live in the country where the account is supposed to be registered at, for example if you live in Germany and make an account in US servers and claim you are a US citicen they can?t do a thing.
