So heres the backstory its ban for abusive economy i will link the email, but the thing is i was trolling about saying ill sell you Gladiator for xxx amount of money to people, just messing around because im a lot better than them. But last time i was banned for this was because of botting and i got out of it because in the ban i was in another state and said i got hacked, now i was in the same state. Also after reading this please tell me if you think it was me trolling that got banned or the botting, i only botted 20k gold in the past like month, and that was 2 days ago, on sunday night. Just got the same email. Wrote back saying I have nor will I ever sell WoW gold for real money and I actually report people trying to sell it. I will see what happens. Hopefully they wont perma ban my account since this is the 3rd time.
If you cant tell, its a permanent ban already. Generally, those are hard to get out of if you have had suspensions recently in the past. Also it would help if you have been using VPNs.
I already got my account back. I wrote in a fighting the fan. First, they flat out told me I was botting and I wasnt going to get my account back. When blizzard responded they made it so I couldn't respond back, so I made another ticket asking if "since I was banned and I signed up for the 1 year deal if that is now void and will I be loosing the D3" after that I got a message back from blizzard saying my account was given back to me. I am not sure if this is good or bad. If Blizzard is going to roll over this easy is the game becoming the first Diablo game with hacking going on everywhere? I understand we are all botting and taking a chance here but still...
Rwinger, recheck your edits on the graphics... your account name is listed in the Blizz replies... I'd edit not only that, but I wouldn't include the GMs name... it's just too easy for someone to find that, and have him check his ticket history and find your exact wording on your ticket... Just my thoughts... but it's your account.
