[NEED YOUR IMPUT!] Creating a Master Badnode list Hey guys, Just been looking around on the forum and couldn't find a post like this. I'm looking to make a master bad node list to share with everyone, But for this I need your help. So far I have my data from my 6 gather bots compiled into one bad node list which I will post here. I'm wondering if you could please post your bad node lists so I can add them to my own and Upload them onto the site again as 1 master bad node list. My current one is here ^_^, It covers nodes from stormpeaks, ice crown, sholz and Bt. Yours will be a great addition to add to it. How to install: Instead of just replacing your current Bad node list with this one, I would merge your current one with it to make sure you do not loose any of your current blacklists. To do this, Just open your bad nodes file with notepad or Notepad ++ and Highlight your bad nodes and copy paste them into the new bad nodes file which you just downloaded at the bottom of the list, making sure there are no gaps ^_^ Catcha's soon Naz Edit 1: Thank you so much for contributing Mrgalabama and Hans-Peter!!+ Rep to both of you ^_^! I have Re-uploaded the Master bad list to Include both of their Bad nodes ^_^
thank you for making this list. am glad u took the time to make this thread. here is my list but its no where near as long as yours.
This would be a good Suggestion for the GB-Plugin! A Badnodes remote Master-List. I mean on the servers of HB-GB .. Edit... just forgot, that there would be no Badnodes anymore, when the nav-Sys is in final step^^
I dont know whether the nav system will have flight mounts included... because THIS will be very hard, and the files will be some gigabytes i guess...
Yeah thats right.. i also forgot that the nav-Sys uses semi-3D (2.5D) and even cant navigte in water =/
The only problem with this is, you cant tell which are false and which are not, Right now, I'm running the badlist in Ice crown, sholz and spormpeaks and I rarely ever miss a mine or herb node ^_^ If there Is a way besides visually spotting it let me know and I'll filter through mine
This is a good concept, but it could be potentially harmful. If we were all using the same profiles then this would be a perfect idea, but because everyone uses profiles with different heights and directions some nodes that are inaccessible on one path might be accessible on another. So really you'd be losing out in the end by passing on nodes that are blacklisted but shouldn't be. This is assuming no one wants to manually remove blacklists. Just sayin.
or some shmuck comes aroung and uploads a blacklist that had ALL the good nodes on it... So my opinion... bad idea
