Hb down? Will we get a refound on the keys we bought?

So i read that HB is down. Will we who bought a key recently get a refound? or key a new key?

And if not then why would you get refund

If you had read about the HB status on the forums that HB would be down for a few hours today, you'd know that now is probably not the best time to buy a 1 day key.
Send a mail to support@thebuddyforum.com and explain your problem! I'm sure they'll sort something out for you.

 

I woke up, bought myself a key and bam. How should i know man?

 

By reading up before buying a product, expect (every bot for every game) to be offline after an update to secure your account.

 

Quess i didn't think about the update that much, i just did what i normaly do
