Hi all, It's me again, xvampx Because of the release of HB2, i decided to recode the whole shamwow cc. But i need imput from you all what you would like to see changed/added to the shamwow cc. I will be making an interface (somewhat like mordd's paladin cc) so you can enable / disable things without going into the configuration files. So, all imput would be appreciated!
As i suggested in one of fpsware's threads, any chance of pvp only fake casting if a melee is on you?
If you are making a Interface then I would really love to see an option to have an option to choose what spell it uses to pull then we can choose the rotation. Also and option to pull multi mobs if that is possible.
Touched on this in the 3.0 post. I would really like to see an option to disable movement, so the bot can be used to farm instances/dungeons/raids. It would allow the user to move the bot, but still use the combat or heal rotations.
i was allready planning on doing that somewhat. let you choose the opener, (according to spec) , and then let you check what attacks it should use in the rotation. well i acctually have no idea how to do that, but i'll try to look into it
i am not a shaman expert(cause i am 100% botter) but i just want to wish you good luck on your new project
1)one thing that should be able is to tick so it don't remove totems straight after fight... instead it removes em when the bot is out of range of the totems. 2)and if possible then i would like my elemental shaman to act as resto in bg's. (atm it don't chase people if they run, and it is slow to begin attacking(HB1.333)) 3)and then as pvp option: use chain lightning when avaible instead of lightning bolt. chain lightning consumes more mana but haves a way nicer burst which i belive is important in pvp 4)and then in pve my shaman uses earth shock(sometimes) though i'd like it to use frost shock instead (more damage if you're elemental) 5)and as enhancement when mobs run; instead of casting lightning bolt then it actually chases the target, i think it look both stupid and bottish using lightning bolt to kill escaping mobs 6)i bet it's included in the tick options, but i'd like to tick a box which tells the bot which totems it should drop (different from pve to pvp) like in pve it uses call of elements and in pvp something else 7) i might edit this post sometime i find another good idea

Pretty impressive stuff actually. Allows us to farm heroics with very little input. And I must say that 3.0 was a great piece of work. I gained quite a few levels on my way to 80 using it, so keep up the good work!
What he said ^^ especially the healing part. - An option to enable/disable totems would be nice. - And resto spec, focusing on healing; using Earth Shield and Earthliving Weapon etc.
I think having the ability to heal in instances would be amazing. Especially if there is RaF going on... Have a script setup to drop group, and rejoin every 45 seconds Then exp is maximized. haha
Thanks a lot Tony i hope it'll work out fine Will be putting in a enable disable totems check, also if totems enabled, the option to only use them on adds, or always. I'll be looking into that, and thanks for the nice comment about 3.0 Also to the guy asking for totems to not be constantly replaced after fights, i don't know if i'll be able to put that in... would require some nifty coding i think... i'll see if i can come up with something
Dual Spec switching for Mixed-PVP: So you can grind with Enchance and switch at the start of Battlegrounds to Resto.
I think that this should be possible if you add a timer when you drop the totems, and if you haven't moved x yards, and are within 5 minutes then don't replace totems. Of course, this wouldn't be perfect because you could still be in range if you happen to move in a circle around the totems, but it should suffice for saving a decent amount of mana.
i dont know if that can be done, i'll talk to some other dev's about it. yeah i was thinking around the same thing.
well, i tought about it, and talked about it with hawker. it is possible to switch specs, but it would require very hard coding. i will put it on my to-do-when-i-have-loads-of-free-time list tough
it'd be nice if the shield buffs would be renewed in combat especially when there are adds. another nice feature would be pulling multiple targets (2-4) and then use all the things like Feral Spirit, Bloodlust(when enhancer) etc at once
