Ok, so I tried out the 1 day session, had everything working in the beginning with no problems downloading. I logged off for a little after I knew it was working to come back to HB crashing - try it one more time and it said max session - authentication failed. Searched the forums for a little bit trying to find some guidance on the issue. So Far I have killed the session Deleted HB and reinstalled Restarted my computer I then tried to log back on and the same thing happened, I deleted and reinstalled and it said daily limit of installing is up along with the authenication failed and HB crashing. I am at a complete loss for ideas on how to fix it so now I am here =)
are you sure your pasting your key into the username box correctly? make sure theres no spaces before or after? and that there is nothing in the password box? there is no daily limit of installing there is a limit so you can spam the server from downloading hb over and over and over, but should reset fairly quickly. are you sure you bought a full key, and not the 1 day trial key?
Wow quick respond time! But anyway yes the key is right with no spaces and none of that, I have no pw either. This is what im getting when I try to download - Sorry! You have exceeded your daily allowed download amount.
And on the key, I paid for the 0.98 euro key, dont know if its trial or 1 day but its still active acording to Buddyauth.

log onto Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal and kill the sessions, as soon as you kill the sessions and it goes back to the page, then click login on HB, and see if that does it for you. gotta be quick about it.

send an e-mail to support@thebuddyforum.com include your key, and your transaction id. make sure to say that someone is using your key, so bossland or tony can generate you a new one.
Do you know how long it will take them to respond? I only have like 7 hours left on this session and so far havent been able to play on it but once. Lol
