Ira Caeli ~ Arctos By Dagradt This Is A Druid Tanking CC: Hello, This is a level 85 Feral Bear CC I made for personal use but, with help from the credited Honorbuddy members below, I have decided to upload my version for you all to test out. Currently I can suggest this CC for heavy dungeon use but, please remember this CC is for use with LazyRaider only and does not support any other style at this time. Arctos will also work quite well in the Dragon Soul (Both Reg & LFR). Give Credit Where Credit Is Do: I would like to thank the following for their help in this endeavor: CodeNameGamma - For his thread on CC creation as well as supplemental coding Apoc - For his supplemental coding FiftyPence - For his supplemental coding Shaddar - For his amazing help in cross referencing as well as supplemental coding Still To Come: There are a few areas in which I would like to further build upon in order to better the functionality of Arctos, they are as follows: 1) Trinket usage 2) Racial trait usage Known Issues: At the moment their are a few issues to which I am trying to fix, they are as follows: 1) There are no issues at this time. Please give me feed back if you find any! Change-Log: Version 1.03 - I have decided to take out the major Defensive CD's as these are very situational and judgment should be user based Version 1.02 - Added threat based Add Targeting Version 1.01 - Correctly buffs in combat - Fixed Swipe Version 1.00 - Initial release SVN - Ira Caeli ~ A Custom Class Compilation Don't forget to check out other great CC's at: LazyRaider - All in One PvE CC's - A LazyRaider custom class project by Shaddar & Dagradt
Really well done. Thanks for sharing. I do wish you had some customization available. An example that comes to mind is: 1. Turning off auto use of cooldowns IE Barkskin, Frenzied, Survival instincts. Currently it is uses them at certain health percentages. In raids you want those cooldowns at key points in time such as Yor'sahj or Ultraxion. 2. It also spams demo roar if you are in combat and there isn't any mobs around or targeted. 3. If you do add target facing it may run back to say Zon'ozz when you are trying to run to a claw on heroic. That is if your target facing works that way. 4. A way to disable the auto taunt when you put that in would also be beneficial. In fights like Warmaster I don't want to be taunting my MT's add if I am dpsing it in bear I don't want to end up getting that debuff. Not trying to hyjack or criticize your work, just throwing out some helpful ideas. Take them if you wish. Regards.
@Krasas, Thank you very much for your feedback! I appreciate your detailed response and will take these in to consideration for the next update. I have yet to learn how to make UI's but if and when I do, rest assure I will tackle this endeavor! I have a few minor bug fixes to my Protection Paladin CC (Devotio), and will move to Arctos when this is done. Thank you again!
Thanks for the great CC! One annoying thing is the MOTW casting. I cast MOTW whenever an unbuffed party member comes in sight (ressurected, teleported etc) and it even breaks bear form in the middle of battles, which is very bad :\ Also hoping you will implement class config soon, as there should be more threat options (for heroics I want to aggro all mobs even if someone else pulled) and defensive cooldowns could also get an option to be automatic or manual. I'm lazy Other than that it works great. Never lose aggro and do a nice amount of DPS. Thanks again! Never liked tanking before now EDIT: Forgot to mention one other thing... When it uses Berserk it doesn't use mangle afterwards. It just keeps on with its normal rotation ;\ Still great tho'!
@Emaziz, Hmm, strange it shouldn't cast MotW in combat, but I will defiantly take a look into it, and check out the Mangle issue as well. GUI will hopefully be implemented in the near future, just need to get a few kinks out!
As i posted in your paladin thread, you really should consider hiding your character names in those videos
@Venus112, I've been trying to figure out how to do it, not sure if I can with the simple program I use, but I am not too concerned as I rarely use WoW but to test the CC's out. I have been getting CC's info and class structures ready for SWToR, I just hope we get a beta bot out soon!!!
do i use this with combat bot?? if not wich 1 ah never mind iv figured it out thanks i will try when my druid is lvl 85
very good answer. in Russia can not use the English client. need to explain. how to translate into other languages. Please tell me where that change. Thank you. #region Defensive Cooldowns { if (!Me.CurrentTarget.HasAura("Устрашающий Рев") || TargetDebuffTimeLeft("Устрашающий Рев") <= 5) { if (CastSpell("Устрашающий Рев")) { Logging.Write(Color.White, ">> Demoralizing Roar <<"); so right?
I will be trying this as soon as my druid is 85, i have to say making a video and advertising the CC is working as a charm, because I wanna try this ASAP
@ RakishRider, I am not sure, actually I have no clue, as to how to make this CC or any of my other CC's work in a non-English client. If what you have done above works, please let us know.
= amazing but sometimes it dosent attack so it cant generate enough rage but appart from that its all good
Here a modified version in wich he only cast MoTW if you are not in combat View attachment Arctos v1.03a.cs
i tried this on the dummy.. and it didn't seem to be using mangle.. looked in the arctos v1.03a.cs file.. and looked for mangle.. i think that CastSpell("Mangle") should be CastSpell("Mangle (Bear)") didn't try it though
Hey guys, sorry been out of town, heading back home come tomorrow, updates on all my CC's will follow within the following days! Thanks for your feed back!
how do i edit this to remove it from using skull bash by itself? it does skull bash during ultraxion's Hour of Twilight
