[N - Rep] Shadow Labyrinth Endless Farm (Lower City & Aldor Rep) Version 1.1 (April 10, 2012) Bot to Use: Questing Location: Shadow Labyrinth, Terokkar Forest (Outland) Rep gained: Lower City(about 3000 Heroic, 2000 normal) Repair: YES Mailbox: YES Quests: No AFK: 100% No special plugin required! This profile will run through Shadow Labyrinth over and over until you turn it off or your character reaches Exalted with Lower City. Looting the corpses is not hard-coded into the profile, so turn it off in your bot for faster rep. It uses the GoThruPortal command, which should allow leaving and re-entering the instance with no problems. Occasionally the bot will skip killing Ambassador Hellmaw (1st boss). It won't affect rep much, but he is tricky because he is banished until the room is cleared, and then starts walking around. Nothing major; it has only skipped him for me once out of 10 runs. This profile will detect if you need to mail/repair after each run and go do so. If you turn on Looting, this profile will find a LOT of Aldor rep items (Marks of Sargeras and Fel Armaments). It is recommended that you use the LootFilter mod or another way to manage loot to not fill up your bags. START THE BOT INSIDE THE GATE NEAR THE INSTANCE OR INSIDE THE INSTANCE. Known issues: None so far; please test! Change Log v1.1 - Added vendor/mail/repair support. Profile now runs indefinitely (instead of based on rep). Changed portal movement to use "MyCTM". Nice profile , but its possible to make such a profile for The Aldor Rep , just run the instance kill all mobs loot them?
I had the same portal crash as above. But starting within the instance allowed it to begin farming. After killing Murmur and running back to the entrance, going through the portal will again cause a client crash. View attachment 2-8-2012_9_17 PM 2272 Log.txt
It looks like HB is working fine, but it quits only because the WoW client crashes. [9:37:24 PM:050] Stop called! Does the WoW client crash when you're not using HB? I can assure you that there is nothing in this profile that would cause your WoW client to crash. Do you have your client's graphics settings at the lowest setting? I'm not really super at technical support for the WoW client. =/
HB is the only thing that ever makes my client crash, honestly, lol. I'm going to try it on a clean HB install and see what happens.
Clean install did it. It's running great now. I think I'll keep a spare clean HB install for these kinds of issues from now on. I'll be running the rest of the rep profiles tonight and give more feedback. Thanks!
[Singular] Singular currently does not support Combat for this class/spec combination, in this context! [None, Lowbie, Instances] Im a rogue and I suppose I need another class config if I should be able to run this. Anyone got any idea of which one? Edit: Just saw that you stated Questing Bot, sorry!
Getting 'WoW Error' EVERYTIME I enter the instance, anyone else have that problem? And sometimes it misses the second boss, just keeps running in to the gate.. Are you posting any fix or any of our problems or atleast updating the thread..?
Edit: sorry just re-read the previous posts. You're a melee class and if it doesn't pull the boss correctly, the path of the bot should take it directly on top of the boss so it should at least face-pull. Is your bot running along the wall instead to get to the door? Also, people here have said that a clean HB install fixed the crashing issue for them. It may be something related to HB cache or tiles.
Just tried this out as a ret pali, it missed the 2nd boss and was running into the closed gate. Otherwise it was very good. Also, can i add mailbox and vendor support to this profile without screwing it up? Is it as simple as just adding the mailbox and vendor cords/name?
You may want to add this as a Aldor farming profile as well. After getting exalted with Lower City quickly (within an hour), today I decided to use this to do the bulk of my farming for the Hero of Shattrath feat of strength. It farmed Marks of Sargeras faster than the normal grinding locations, and no need to worry about being spotted. You'll definitely want to babysit to send off items and repair, or use something like Lootfilter to delete everything except the marks. I went from neutral with Aldor, to Exalted in about 3 or 4 hours (human reputation boost). It will depend on the Fel Armament drop rate since that's a nice boost.
Does this vendor your trash? (Grays and whites?) and can it mail everything else to an alt? Also can i use this past exalted? Thanks much!
You can use this past Exalted if you change the While statement near the top of the profile. Change the < to == and then it will only work if you are already Exalted. Right now it won't support vendoring/repairing/mailing because if it tries to do it while inside the instance, it will break trying to get to a maibox/vendor. I'm working on a way to get around this between runs. Stay tuned...
