Got banned today, lost 12 chars + 90 USD

2 accounts, been botting a while, been using Gatherbuddy mostly, only 1 account got banned. The same account has the 12 chars and rougly 120k gold and sick tons of mats. Other account has 1 char and 600 gold.

been botting for some time, so supervise the first hour of each profile before I trust it.

80-100 , some days 150-200, but different items, never more then 50-60 stacks of the same thing.

nah, just Honorbuddy

9)Was your account involved in gold selling?

I had planned to prepare for Pandaria with sick tons of gold, mats, etc. But this just gave me an excuse to be honest with myself, Im taking a break from this game. Fuck it :/

Update: Just sent a ticket to Blizzard, hope they open it again. This is so typical my luck, I just bought the diablo 3 + mount + 1 year subscription to wow, and not only that, been buying 3 char server transfers lately as well on the same account. ( I know, I know, Im just abit lazey).

Been botting on and off for 2 years, had strict guidelines I used, never gotten banned before.. I dont think I did anything specially wrong, besides maybe upping 2-300 auctions over a week. Im smelling a banwave nowadays.

 

The sheer hint at even suggesting that there is or was a Honorbuddy Ban-wave is out of plain stupidity, don't bot like a moron and expect to not get banned case closed, asking a mod to lock this.

 

And i'm smelling a user error. You would see a fuckton of post if there was a ban wave. You just did some stupid stuff and got banned. Case closed.

 

I don't see the problem. I'm selling 1k auctions per day or at least create 1k for something like 2 years now, no problem at all.

 

He's pissed that he got himself banned and now wants to scare everyone else. Dude suck it up and move on with another account. Learn from the mistakes you've made and bot on.

 

That's because you haven't gotten enough player reports against you. I'm sure he was always undercutting and placing tons of bids to undercut everyone and people saw all his auctions and reported him

 

there are peole here botting 24/7 doing 1500 auctions a day and never get banned... so not case closed

 

How many people do you honestly believe do this and get away with it?
2-400 auctions, specificly if it's the same thing you're posting - can lead to reports

I was once (on legit account where i bought hundreds of items on horde and resold on alliance), reported for botting by several players. Needless to say i didn't get banned, cause i didn't do anything wrong
