      Code:
      ***Notice of Account Closure***

      Account Name: *********

Reason for Closure: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy

This account was closed because one or more characters were identified exchanging, or contributing to the exchange of, in-game property (items or gold) for "real-world" currency. This exchange process negatively impacts the World of Warcraft game environment by detracting from the value of the in-game economy.

Even if this is the result of account sharing, the account owner can still be held responsible for the penalty because of the impact it had on the game environment.

We've found the above behaviour is many times directly related to groups responsible for compromising World of Warcraft accounts; we take these issues very seriously. To better understand our position against exploitative activity and the risks involved, please review this article: http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/services/anti-gold/

The exploitative activity that took place on this account violates the World of Warcraft Terms of Use. We ask you take a moment to review these terms at http://eu.blizzard.com/company/legal/index.html. Any recurring subscriptions on this account have been suspended to prevent further monetary charges.

If you believe your account was compromised, please go to the following website https://eu.battle.net/account/support/account-recovery.html. Our support staff will assist you as soon as possible. Well did you came from Pirox too?

      another problem is:
Uldum is the graveyard for botter.

You can try to contact them or play the I got hacked card and see how it goes. The form is the common pre-created mail of blizz.

use the ticket system on the battle.net website. tell them that you didn't trade gold or items. normally they lift the ban and turn it into a 72 suspension, if not, reappeal the next day. if that doesn't help again, your acc is lost...
did this several times and it worked, and sometimes worked not... blizzards decisions are very arbitrary. depends a lot on the gm looking in the case.

Haha I agree geek, I'm onto my 5th petition of the morning and won't stop until they provide a satisfactory answer. I'm fighting the 72 not a full ban but the principal should be the same. As I recieve copy and pasted answers that don't even touch my questions I drop them off with a terrible survey explaining how fail customer service is and then another ticket opens. Figure the worst they can do is ban me but that would be motivation to stop giving them my money :p Normally it doesn't take me more than 1-2 petitions, but unless they tell me that a GM spotted me and watched my bot-like movement it seems like heresy. They won't even tell me what 3rd party program "flagged" me as a bot, so I almost feel that it was player reported.. Player word vs yours I would assume you could turn around most decisions, and if they were to say "we caught you red handed" I wouldn't have a problem dropping it. Kept food on their tables for 5 years now though, I feel that as a paying customer we deserve more than just a ToS reverb as an answer to general curiosity. Best of luck to you though, hopefully i'll be making use of HB for quite some time still, giving up on uldum though :x

Dont fight the 72hours ban, often appealing those might escalate them into permanent bans. There have been many cases like that before. My advice is to stop fighting the 72h, its not worth the risk.

I got just the same, and got a 72 hour suspension insted. I just denied botting..
The representative I spoke with on the phone was in a good mood tough..

No, it does not have to be permanent.
