Alright folks I've got another route for you. Here's the details in a nice easy to read list •Based on the WoWHead database and the Addon Routes. •Flies at 100yards above terrain level on all waypoints, keeps mostly you out of peoples view. •Starts in NW corner, ends in NW corner, runs clockwise. •MINING ONLY - I will make an herbalism route in a couple days/week, depends on how fast I can get settled in at my new home. • Cobalt starts at 350 mining. •Requires level 68, and cold weather flying. if you cannot heal yourself against a mob or two, i suggest coming back at 72-73. Preview: I would just like to say that this profile took me hours to test, modify, and retest until i felt it was as near to perfect as I could manage with a waypoint based nav system. I use Edit Patrol to tweak my routes, however it cannot change the vertical height of waypoints so I modified all 160 waypoints BY HAND. Again, this took me a lot of time to create, and I would greatly appreciate some feedback/thanks. If you spot anything unusual with this route please explain in detail so that i may fix it. And for those of you waiting on a saronite route, it will be a bit longer in the making since my miner is only 72, and my herbalist is 80 so I will be focusing on that first.
First off, sweet stuff! I'm currently upping my miner to northrend skill-level. Is this path something that might be useful from 375+ ?
you can begin farming cobalt at 350 mining, and if you let it run long enough it will get you to 450. updating main post, forgot about that info.
very nice profile. I've gotten around 250 cobalt ore in one hour. I'd leave it running the whole night, but sadly there's maintenance and I've got to get some good sleep tonight. Keep up the great work =) note: i have herbalism turned off as these herbs don't sell very well on my server, but toggling herb on will slow down the amount of ore you get per hour. note 2: i'm a level 80 shaman about 4.5k gear score, haven't died yet. edit: around 315 at the 1hour 20min mark, looks like there were a lot of nodes first round, now it's starting to slow down. there's no competition here for the nodes and seems to be very nice G/hour, i guess we'll see how liquidating all this cobalt goes. expect around 200 cobalt ore per hour after the initial hour. edit 2: i forgot to mention that i'm on an epic flyer(280% speed)
thank you for the feedback. as for the bolded note about the herbs, this is expected because i made the route specifically for mining, and paid no attention to the spawn locations of herbs. thus you will stumble across random herbs wich slow the mining progress without gathering much in the was of plants. i will make an herbs specific route in the near future, and if demand is great enough i will make a combined route as well, but i do not have a miner/herber so it will be harder to refine.

yes, this is a very nice profile! I made about 1k over the hour and a half of testing this profile. There isn't much cobalt on my servers AH due to the lack of cobalt farmers, so it's pretty easy to sell. I craft about 1/2 the ore into bars, and sell both on the AH to decrease the amount of time it takes to liquidate my stock. again, very nice profile! easy gold over a short amount of time. keep up the good work
thanks for the good feeback guys. just stoppin by to say that i am moved and settled in my new place, and i have all next week vacation, sooo yea. i expect to get a sholazar mining and herb route done in the next couple days, after that things are going to slow down due to the Halo 3 Reach beta, and Childrens week. however i expect to have the majority of the zones completed and initial testing on my super routes to begin.
nice route, keep up the good work man! If you could perfect an icecrown route you would be unfathomably helpful. the current one's all get stuck/elite killed. Props!
im going to be working on sholazar and storm peaks first but eventually i will have one for every zone except WG. been too busy leveling my characters to farm so i have slacked off. expect atleast sholazar tomorrow.

My friend, I absolutely love this profile! It has farmed loads of cobalt and that on a 150% speed mount, I don't know how to view/make harvest logs else I would have posted (Do you know perhaps?) I thank you for the hours of work you have put into this, You're doing great work.
To see your harvest logs, simply click on your Debug in your GB folder and scroll down to the buttom. Then you'll see how many in how many hours ^^
