3 Permanent bans, Havent had the accounts longer than 12 hours

1)Were you using Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy or both on the account? Honorbuddy on all

2)If so, when was the last time?: Last night i started them as i went to sleep

3)What profile were you using?: Professionbuddy mining 1-525 on my main and archaeology on my new accounts

4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname: Singular on all

5)What plugins are you using?: No extras were enabled realy apart from J-mon

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: I went to sleep at 9pm and the bans were all around 12-2am

6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? i had only just made the 2 of the new characters off SOR2 so i had only been using HB fr 5 hrs really

7)How many auctions per day did you have?: NONE

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? NO

9)Was your account involved in gold selling? NO

10)EU or US realm?US -Oceanic

This is ridiculous. I was doing PB on my main to get mining to 1-525. And had just scroll of ressurected 2 vanillas and was lvling them via Archybuddy. They would have had more than 5 hrs playtime on the whole account. There was no gold selling or over hours running the bot. THey were all wiped out. Im worried that they are keeping a close eye on the SOR. Any ideas what happened? I am sad

EDIT: I recently bought a VPN a few days ago ( maybe 1 week) dont think it shud matter.

 

OMG. I just realised ANOTHER cata account that i havent played for at least 5 days has been taken down as well! Havent done anything such as gold selling or farming on him in a month. FK

sounds like they are linking accounts though the SOR, people need to be careful how they send out those SOR invites. although who knows.

 

Could it be that? Do yu reckon if i turn off VPN try log in then send a ticket they wud unban?

BTW, they are all gone for 'Abuse of the Economy' I sold NO gold.

 

Maybe blizz get pissed for all those botter laughing at blizz saying that we would SoR an army of vanilla accounts and do a botfeast!! ha haahahhaa

 

Do you guys have any suggestions where i go from here in terms of unban? Do i take off the IP (in LA, USA) and use my normal New Zealand IP and go for the unban? 'My brother sent me a Scroll and i was really excited for the bonuses. Hadnt even played 5 hours total playtime and i get banned for abusing the economy. I havent made an auction or a trade at all. How am i abusing the economy? You remind me of why i left in the first place blizz...'

I don't know if HighVoltz ever fixed it, but I do remember the 1-525 mining/herb profile used to get stuck a lot at cities, that's why I never let it go without supervision.
Maybe it got you stuck in the middle of Org and you got mass reported? I know it's happened to me (or would have, if I hadn't been there to unstuck it every time it went to train).

Also, even if they send the Abuse of Economy email, it doesn't mean that's what they banned you for. If you ticket the accounts they'll tell you they caught you botting.

 

I'd take out that last sentence. Why did you leave in the first place, because you got banned for botting? lol. Anyway those kind of comments won't have any effect on them. They don't care about you and aren't sad to see you go. Hopefully they give you a second chance.

I wonder what flagged you so quickly.. I've been using GB for about 2 weeks for 10 give or take hours a day. I think I'm going to stop now for a while.

 

Question is: do i leave same vpn server connected when i appeal or go back to normal nz ip?

 

Go back to normal and claim you were hacked imho.

I seriously think you might be right. They're killing two birds with one stone that way so to speak. Botters resurrect as well as old players.

2 more accounts recovered, 1 requires ID which i have luckily cus i signed it up under my name!

 

I assume i will get all my accounts back. But all i can wonder is what triggered the ban in the first place? I want to know so i dont get hit again. I dont believe anyone reported me becus i had two accounts that i just started like 2 hrs earlier and the other 1 was farming in duskwood 1-525. I believe something must have set of a trigger unless its something to do with the new SOR

Well, you did mention you were botting on your main also.

Maybe they got to your SoR accounts because someone reported your main account and the GM noticed the other ones when he checked you out.

Possibilities are endless, but my guess is they got to your SoR accounts through a report on another one.
