      Hello, I just recently started playing WoW again and i went to start up my HB again after installing all the new versions and i put in the same info i have always used and it is saying

      Available Sessions 0/0
      Authentication failed

      any clue on how i can fix t his problem and start leveling again?

      I got a friend dragging me back to WoW and I got the same problem

      I did that. See my 2 keys that expire in 2021 and still get

      Available Sessions 0/0
      Authentication failed

      Ok I figured it out.. place the key under the user name and leave the password blank... Forgot about that part.. it trickzie me again

      I just logged into the Auth Portal and it shows no keys there but i purchased a lifetime about a year and a half ago. so what do i do from here?

      Login with your shop username and password, you do not have a key, since you arent a key system based customer.
