      Hello all,

I thought I'd put a request in for a profile that will gather all of the necessary ore for leveling Jewelcrafting from 0. AKA - A profile with the paths for Elwynn, Redridge, etc. on the way to 525 JC. I'm sure many others would also like a profile like this, or multiple profiles to mine in lower level areas if anyone is up to creating them.

      Thanks

Check out the ProfessionBuddy folders; there's stuff in there to level your Mining to 525, which is enough to do JC as well.

So I have to buy the profiles? I mean this looks great and all but I already bought the bot... Any idea of why it costs though? I really don't want to manually farm this stuff.

There are tons of free profiles. This is what i did: Searched in wowhead which zones had the best ore spawn rate. Then i downloaded the individual profiles for these zones, and run them one by one. I leveled eng in one day. You just need to change the profile manually when you have enough ore.

Use the included 1-525 profile for mining-herbing in professionbuddy. It will level you from 1-525 mining with ease (includes auto-skill so it`ll take like 8 hours to complete, fully afk-able). Make sure to unselect herbing in the settings if you only want mining.

Furthermore, i recommend mailing your gathered stuff to an alt (just add recipients name in settings). If you ever need more of one type of ore I think you can force it to keep mining it by adjusting a fake mining level (never tested) around the ores gathering level range.

      Best of luck

Ok. Say I want to get the ore (which i am wanting to do) on my Warrior and he's 525 so I can send them to my mage for JC. AKA: Mine the ore on an already capped farming character. When I try to use the 1-525 profiles it doesn't allow me to farm in these low level areas since my level is above them. Is it possible to go back and use the characters or would i want to level mining on my mage, keep the stuff, level JC, and then abandon mining?

@hbaioni: I'm having trouble finding the individual profiles for SPECIFIC low level areas. Link? :)

Thanks for all the help - appreciate it

A lot of things are made by other players some share for free and others prefer to charge for their excellent skills.

      SWINY - YOU ARE GOD.

THANKS SO MUCH!! I over looked your post because I was too lazy, but trying it out and it's exactly what I need!! Quick question on it: When I open the map, I see the ore spots you have loaded. When I click them, they go black. Is this creating a path using the "Black Nodes" or is it ignoring those? Is it possible to just have it create a profile with all of those without me clicking them all? Basically, I'm confused on how the map works! Any extra details would help!

      THANKS!!!

Clicking on a node blacklists it (which is why it's turning black, I guess)

      But what does blacklisting mean?

Means your profile will ignore that node like it's underground or inaccessible. You won't try to gather it even if you go near it, I think.

That explains why it was passing nodes earlier. Thanks! I'll be sure to adjust me profiles now.
