      3)What profile were you using?: Kick's 1-85

4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname: FPSware pally

5)What plugins are you using?: the recommended for kick's

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: about 24/7 for maybe 1.5 days

6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? 65-75% (when i wasnt sleeping or at school i was on my xbox which is right next to desktop so i could see whats going on and fix it if it got stuck)

7)How many auctions per day did you have?: 0

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? no

9)Was your account involved in gold selling? no

      10)EU or US realm? US

ok so i know im stupid and probably shouldnt have done this but i got a 72-hour ban for being reported while using grindbot on kicks and didnt touch my account for about 3 weeks. i then got back on and made a new guy on a new server and ran him for about 36 hours straight until i got a perma-ban. tried to repeal it with the im on vacation story but they just replied with the same thing i got in the notice of closure e-mail, i then replied to that and they said that it still will not be reversed and that they will not reply to any tickets i open on the subject... im currently calling them and i just wanted to know if i have any chance of getting my account back, its my only one... also i read somewhere that warden cant even detect HB so im assuming i got the perma-ban from having my guy questing for about 36 hours straight. If so and if i do get my account back can i still bot, just, humanly hours, and not get banned again?

No you got banned because of a really dumb excuse mixed with you already had a 72 hour ban. If they arent even going to respond to future tickets your account is long gone. You got the 72 hour ban most likely because someone reported you so they watched you and banned from that. Changing realms isnt going to change that they already know you bot so they obviously seen you online again doing similar things and just gave you the boot and more than likely blocked any of your future tickets and laughed while they did it. What does vacation have to do with you using a bot? You should have played legit for the 3 weeks instead you made yourself look more guilty by changing your playtimes.

To answer you have a .0000001% chance to ever see that account again.

a small tip, NEVER BOT 24/7 unless you are willing to lose the account, I bot maybe 10 hours a day on my accounts and I do it during the time I am awake, if I go to bed I turn the bots off. I do this because then it shows a sheduel. when I am sleeping I run a different account that farms while I sleep, so if they pull logs, my main toons I care about login around about this time frame and will play for a few hours then log off or I will go raid on my main.

You are just kinda out of luck here, if u want to start again grab a new account and try again.

i didnt change my playtimes i was botting 24/7 for about 3-4 months before i got the 72-hour and that was from being reported while using grind-bot... so how could they have been suspicious of me returning to 24/7 playing

I've only recently started botting (doing almost 24/7 myself), but from what I've read doing 24/7 bots is not a problem at all.
It's all about the player reports or heavy auction house traffic according to everything I've read, of course if you bot more you're gonna get a higher chance of being reported, and if a GM investigates your acc and it's botting it is a higher risk, but the fact of being online 24/7 doesn't "trigger" anything in the blizzard office that would ban you without being reported.
The way to prevent a ban is imo to prevent player reports, don't be in the same zone 24/7, get some way to reply to whispers (try to monitor when possible and use a plugin like shut-up), even if you just reply with 1 small thing like someone asking a question and u say ?? already helps, because some people just dont wanna talk if you just reply once or say like "no thx" using a plug-in they will already be like "nvm".
Also, don't get stuck, if some1 see's you jumping for minutes and minutes beneath a tree they instantly know whats going on, no matter if your plug-in will reply.

if warden cant detect HB and 24/7 botting doesnt raise a flag then why the hell did i get perma banned? cause i got stuck walking in place, seems like the only way... if so then i should be able to appeal it right?

Your account was flagged because you had a suspension for botting before.
If you account gets flagged some-one from blizzard GM's will be looking what you are doing in game or quickly going through your logs for a few minutes.
If some GM sees what you've been doing for 36h non-stop then it is obvious what's going on.
As soon as blizzard ever had their eyes on your account and it isn't "100% fresh" anymore then you're in danger (same with your IP & MAC-Adress if you've had banned accounts before).
I don't have a lot of experience with appealing bans, but probably your best route is going to claim your account was hacked, as apoligising for making the same vital mistake again wont do anything, but I'm not sure about it so some1 else would need to give more insight into that.

Guys your all theory crafting. No warden, no account flags. He got caught again. Simple.

No freaking GM followed him after three weeks and saw hey this random guy out a million some people has started playing again lets check him out.

People get banned all the time get unbanned and bot 24/7 again for MONTHS..... with absolutely no downtime except server downs. Its all user reports and stupid 'stucks'.

LOL cause your cousin's second brother is a GM or sleeps with one right?

We can argue technicality forever and we all know it. OBVIOUSLY if a GM is bored he can roam servers and catch botters. I'm not arguing the f'in obvious guys. But if I can bot accounts for a MONTHS straight and others for random amounts... then lets not be idiots and think its anything but badluck or stupidity.

What kind of an answer is "no". Support your argument to some small degree.

There is also a very big difference between botting 24/7 with the same profile, at the same spot or farming diffrent things. It doesnt help you against warden but against player reports.

If a player sees your bot when you farm the first time he will not report you in most cases but if he sees you again and again farming 24h a day at the same spot he will report you.
