Remaking jMon (Honorbuddy monitor)

In my honest opinion, this community deserves & needs quality releases, which are recieve updated & support after they have been released. We've seen enough "dead" projects on these forums, all of which got archived. This is the way this thread or project will be going down in no time.

At times, this is hard to accomplish for developers to keep their work up-to-date and add features, but it's crucial!

 

Well, I'd update it for about a week to clean out the bugs, and whenever I am still playing WoW and need it, but, if I stop needing it then I wouldn't update it.
Oh, and considering I'm already posting, might as well say:
Website done. Fully with percentages/Gold/silver/copper/pulse needed or it goes off...

1) I completely understand why you don't want to share your work. I don't have a problem with that. But you still could've just responded with a "No thanks" instead of just flat out ignoring me (which is obvious now).

2) All I said was that I had pm'ed you and you didn't respond. I don't see how that twisted into the name calling etc. that you are claiming.

 

Its not that i don't appreciate it because i do. I truly mean that, so i am sorry if i came out as a idiot when i did not answer any pm's i got. At a time i got so many tells a day it became hard to remember what i had answered and what i had just read.

Since thread was made:
8 hours coding

Watched 2 movies in that time, 1 TV episode and got through 1-9 of captain sparkle's survival map.

Supports two way chatting, remote logging off (clean (/quit when next out of combat) and forced (taskkill /f /im wow.exe)), ability to link bots to multiple accounts on my site so multiple people can monitor the same bot, view offline bots, their name, realm, level, max xp, xp, zone, sub-zone, max hp, hp, max mana, mana, currencies (This way the ONLY thing I was too lazy to google lua for... I tried to copy yours and I some how failed... ended up googling anyway.) including: gold, justice, honor, valor, conquest. Race and class.

Now, who said I couldn't quickly throw it together?

I would code some nice Javascript 'n html for it, but, my internet is terrible so the worse the better.
Time to upload it to my dedi and monitor my bots, while I can't release it due to request of the author inspired me to make this (Name calling sort of marks that) and everyone else who posted in this thread other than joystick9. No time in this entire thread did I mean to be rude, but that's it.

Games over, I've coded it. I may at a later point do remote talents/profile changing/botbase changing/item using (Like heartstone/boats/gryphon masters), but, for now I'm happy.

It's fine. I honestly had no problem with it. Again, my post was in no way trying to be offensive to you. I was only stating what had happened.

 

Then why have you started this thread in the first place?

To me, it seems the only thing you intended was showing off.

To make a long story short, here's what I got from all of your posts in this thread so far: "I did not like what someone else did, I'm gonna do it myself and release it, but I won't offer support. I can do this very quickly, faster than anyone else. I am so cool and can even watch movies while coding. I changed my mind, I'm not going to release this at all."

This is not inteded to be rude in any way, but pretty much gets the gist of what you posted.

No, what I said is he doesn't add options, I was offering any options anyone wants for a whole 8 hours, thus, different.
+ I started it to give out, but what's his name + everyone else said not to.

+ Watched movies, then went back to coding. Not at the same time, ewwwy.

 

As for sharing i am all for sharing code, but i have some plans for jMon where having partners could get tricky. As you might have seen a few people have requested a feature where they could give customers access to a section where they could view a certain bot where all the data would be 100% anonymified. As you can probably understand i don't use hundreds of hours just so that power lveling service use a service i pay rather much hosting for free. Not saying it will be an expensive service but giving it away fro free would be stupid by me since jMon alone cost me 60€ a month.


As for code i write anyone can freely use any of my code as long as its credited

 

Since he upgraded his server it never lags for me. Every time I post an issue that I'm having, he has it fixed within an hour.

 

as for me there is no difference what to use to monitor my bots? but as i see you have the same problem as in jmon - it`s your sql coding (colation). as i`m playing on RUWOW i need russian encodding to use, but you use latin.
