there is an issue with my license i think, reinstalled XP and fixed it, same issue, formating and installing windows 7, same issue... i bought it a day ago and my license isnt working, as it just did exactly after purchase
if the problem was with you license you would get another msg,not this one pm me the email u used in checkout page and i will check your license tho
consumer preview has been out for a good month or two and is free to download on microsofts homepage with a one year license, its not yet finished for retail sales yet, but it works very well, better than windows 7 of own experience
hmm... figured it out now... but i cant get to fixing the problem, in add and remove windows features .net 3.5.1 is not ticked, ticking it makes a long load then prompts me to restart, restarted and back to an unticked .net 3.5.1 -.-... searched forums and microsoft knowledgebase and no solution... updating w7 atm then i will try some theories and i will post the results and my way of fixing it, if anyone else should have the problem in the future
yep, but i solved it now, works like a charm. what i did was create another user with admin and UAC disabled logged onto the new user then go to add or remove windows features in programs and features at the control panel then i activated .NET framework 3.5.1 in the list when prompted restart your computer and honorbuddy will now work with all users of that OS NOTE: if you can activate net framwork 3.5.1 from you main user account you can skip the part to create a new one
