HB ARCHIVES: HBRelog--DO NOT DELETE

HBRelog will check if the Wow servers are online before it attempts to log in Wow if enabled in the Options. Also HBRelog opens a pipe to communicate with a HB plugin that is embedded in HBRelog.exe and is copied over to the plugins folder. This plugin has multiple purposes but mainly its responsible for providing an interface for other HB plugins/bots to allow them to control HBRelog and to monitor Honorbuddy to make sure it working.

HBRelog is transparent, everything that it uses is open sourced and nothing is obfuscated. Some of the companies that sell an anti-virus/malware detection program allow people to send them files to get checked. You can try this if you're not feeling comfortable using this.

I noticed that my prospect / JC toon is staying online much longer than I specify in the settings. Right now I have set it to 27 minutes, but it run back and forth between GB and mailbox for a long time, not good

 

In which build will this be included ?
If i make an svn update i always get Build 74 .

I could do it but it's not really simple to add this properly because HBRelog is a singleton app (only one instance can be running at a given time). I would need to add IPC.

its possible we can also Resize : windowed WoW?s ? because we could move the windows around manualy this way - on one of my 3 pcs its working on the other 2 its not.

 

I'm having the same problem. HB takes quite a while to load up, and HBRelog doesn't seem to want to wait and closes it back down. I've tried moving all my plugins out of their folder to see if this will speed things up but it doesn't help.

 

There might be a problem with HB. If you attach a HB log I'll take a look at it.

 

I am having the same issue however I am not home to get a log at the moment. Just wanted to let it be known that it isnt just one isolated person

 

yep same for me closes HB when it trys to attach to wow. any way you could give it more time before it closes HB?

Mine does take a little while to start since it tries to look through all the quests I have already done to figure out where to continue (questing bot). I just want a way to increase the time to 5 minutes or something.

 

Can you make it actually relog instead of opening a new window? The WoW window won't open properly for me. It stays at the stage where you can press "Play".

 

Poka, i think you should use WoW.exe not Launcher.exe!

 

That not a log file, HBRelog and Honorbuddy both keep their logs in a subfolder called Logs. I would like to see the Honorbuddy log since I think there is a startup issue with Honorbuddy. The HBRelogHelper plugin that comes with HBRelog will attempt to communicate with HBRelog (as soon as it's created and before bot actually starts, before quests are getting compiled too) and if it fails to communicate within 1 min (Which is plenty of time I think) then HB is restarted. This logic is put in place because sometimes HB will hang and never attach so this will restart it when that happens. I need to see your honorbuddy logs.

The plugin was the issue, it wasnt in the plugins folder. Once i put it in there all was well. Thanks

 

Thanks for this! Is it possible to use this to run 3 of my characters through the tol barad dailies? I see there's a timer, but is there a way for it to logon to the next character at the end of the profile(tol barad dailies by Kick)
