Looked through a few of these and can't find up to date a PVE sub spec. If anyone can point me in the right direction would be much appreciated.
My Own CC does this, Master Rogue, Im working seperatly on an LazyRaider CC, but, i dont knew if it is what you want.

Or you could swap the CC settings to the raid rotation like it says in the instructions for use with a dummy.
The only case hemo will be used is to refresh the hemo bleed debuff on the target. If you don't have the hemo glyph that might break things; pick up the hemo glyph and try again. Rupture should be used in all cases except when the target is a trash mob. I suppose this has the potential to break on the dummy so I suggest a quck heroic to test it out. Also bear in mind that of all rotations, the sub rotation is probably the most difficult to carry out correctly on the dummy due to lack of HoT. I can tell you for sure that I've run multiple DS raids, reforged for assassination, and my subtlety spec has managed higher DPS than the other two. The only potential issue with running subtlety in HB is cooldowns - because subtlety is so reliant in proper cooldown usage you will likely see yourself manually popping them in almost every fight. ^ What he said. MutaRaidBT is the best PvE class I have found so far, for my needs. For sub PvP I'm using Swiny's PvPRogue and it does great with the beta version of Glue with his SVN.
