      This is one topic. Trolling every topic then complaining about the posts will get you nowhere.

      For THIS topic I said be happy that somewhere on the forum people came together.

      And don't forget not everyone is a pro botter.
      Not every one deals with "software updates, or server updates, or application error codes"
      All they know is it is not working.
      They paid and they want it fixed. This is all they see.

      Just because you or I know about obvious botting routines for blizzard Tuesday's doesn't mean everyone else does.

      I figured out that now :) Half the noobs think because they paid for a product they have the right to do, or say as they please, that's laughable

      I find the expectations for perfect customer service are higher in my country (the US) whereas my European friends are more realistic.

      Maybe it's an age thing.

      its not a question of Country its just about reality how can you expect like 2-3 programmer to fix that in less than 3 hours I mean give them a break they probably have real job and this is only a side job and they are not a team of 20 man working on it atm and btw their customer service is one of the best Tony is very quick to respond if you have any questions !

      Maybe it is an age thing or a cultural. Tony, Bossland, Apoc, Kickazz are all pretty polite.

      Thier "customer service" so to say is def enough to suffice.
      They are quick to respond and attempt to fix whatever issue you have. Underlying with account or keys or HB configuration itself.

      There are just some users on here "might be age related" that do not know how a business is operated.

      Regardless of the business' manpower availability.

      my point was you arent helping the situation by posting on every thread about not starting a new thread if you think im uneducated thats on you i could careless you are just a forum troll and if you read the 1st post you would see it was started on 4/7/12 which means it wasnt because of a patch day so they were posting on an old thread but i guess you old school noobs dont know how to look at original posting dates GG LGz keep forum trolling

      new patch day guys, be patient and actually "play" the game for once, they will get it all worked out, kudos to the Buddy Team for even creating the bot

      I few weeks? Usually they get it up and running in a few hours. Give it a bit, it will be back up.
