Why do you bot?

In the past i have mainly used botting to fund myself within the game, it also adds a little extra fun to the game. Trying to pawn off all my farmed mats and supporting the guild with the materials Back in the glider days, as of current im trying to get something back from the game and selling gold seems to be one of the better ways to do it, even if the prices are horrendously low it can still provide some profit on top of my currently salary.

 

I once botted so wow wouldn't be such a grind, then because i was dirt poor having to raid evert night and having all my chars about equally geared for raid progression.

Now; I bot to code CCs for HB

 

i bot for gold and to have every char and gear i want/need. its easy to buy ur way to good guilds etc. I like variety, and to have every class available that i might like to play....my account is jam packed with all sorts of characters, gold m twinks, legendaries, titles and that types of stuff....and i wouldnt have had it without botting...well, not as much at least. I bot, cuz i find it a bit fun, to challenge urself when doing profiles....i like the extre excitement....right now i will take a week or two off.....as i dont have anything i want right now...but the number one reason as to why i bot, is - why not! - i mean...i usually wait 90 days, bot 10 days, wait 90 days bot 10 days for free...and having an abundance of accounts from my gold-selling days, its practical for me to do it that way and not have to fork out so much to slizzard.

 

I bot, because this is the only way to raid DS10 or LFR and take care of my younger Son at the same time.

 

I bot because I dont like the tedious grinding and farming, and because I'm a lazy raider

I used to get hacked a lot and I was stingy with leaving my WoW open without my undivided attention which really served no purpose. Once that calmed down and 13k achievement points and one Insane in the Membrane later I think it was all worth it. I now use it mainly for leveling alts with the lovely quest bot and my own private profiles along with exploiting my horrible server economy.

 

I botted to make a living, now I'm retired cause of auto-ban system implemented ~month ago.

 

I simply bot because of one fact; I hate Blizzard.
I had over 14k achievement points and a holy shitload of "realm first" achievements, but then I got banned for a GM Mistake and can not be proven.
They gave me a free new cataclysm, although without anything on it.
This is how I make up for myself, I only bot stuff I have already accomplished before.

I'm lazy, I have already hand leveled too much last 7 years and a lot of professions too, so I simply got enough of it.
Better to chill in some arenas now instead of grinding 24/7 =

Because I did 10 chars manually to 85, and was getting bored of the game. But now I love it again. I mostly grind all the things i couldn`t stand to do before. Alle the pets, archeology, and rep. Cheating is fun!

 

Because I don't really play myself anymore

 

Then why not quit and save the money?

I'm botting because I can, and don't want to farm 24/7 in order to get some gold.

 

Pretty much the same, I only bot nowadays to boost either a new character or to get some quick cash overnight.
